I love a 'What did you eat today?' thread. But the one in chat was getting interesting as those not dieting were a bit unimpressed by the food day's of some.

I thought we could (if you like) say what 'plan' or method you are using, what you ate and how successful you felt the day was.

Funny you should say it though as went on holiday, scales stated had put on 1.5lbs on the day we got home. The next morning they then said I had lost 3lb and they have stayed this way since last Thursday.

I defo ate a hell of a lot more on holiday than I do when at home so maybe your right and I do need to eat more?

firefly78 its low carb and totally nutritious. Tastes like tapioca.
I have lost 12lbs since end of June by mindful and clean eating.

Soak chia seeds in coconut milk overnight with a little pure maple syrup or honey. Next morning you have the pudding and you can eat if for breakfast with fruit or as pudding later. Its high protein and nearly all the carbs are fibre so low carb too.

D - pork chop, mash and beans

S - Cadbury snack

I eat loads on sw. Tis awesome!

Had scrambled eggs and smoked salmon for breakfast.
Chickpea Dahl loaf and sweetcorn for lunch.
Banana
Apple
Strawberries
Dinner was Lasagne made with cauliflower cheese sauce. Huge portion.

Syns are kitkat, Ringos, Arla protein pot .....10 syns.

I tried to eat more yesterday including breakfast and lunch but I was full up so picked at my dinner.

What should I add / loose?

Didn't have any veg yesterday so maybe veg?

B - an oaty pancake with ham and cheese
L - lentil soup, a tuna sandwich (1 slice)
D - hunter's chicken, wedges and salad
Snack - vegetable crudites, tea and coffee

I'm calorie counting using MFP, that lot came in at 1329.

Today I had
a mix of plums, cherries, blueberries, mango, banana, raspberries and blitzed for only one second so they still contain lots of rough bits. Nothing else added.

hummus

small handful of almonds

prawns in chilli and white wine sauce, broc, sweetcorn, eggplant, courgette, onion, peppers and spinich

some dark chocolate

teapigs tea

normal tea with rice/coconut milk

Forgot to say how I am eating to lose weight.

I eat mindfully and medium carb, no dairy at all and try to eat as naturally as possible.
