I love a 'What did you eat today?' thread. But the one in chat was getting interesting as those not dieting were a bit unimpressed by the food day's of some.

I thought we could (if you like) say what 'plan' or method you are using, what you ate and how successful you felt the day was.

Bagel and banana for breakfast.
Lunch, assorted melon cubes, 2 ryvita with butter.
Dinner, cod in garlic sauce and vegetables.

Breakfast - 2 slices 50/50 toast with 20g no added sugar peanut butter
Lunch - Ham salad sandwich thin with lighter than light mayo, bag of crisps, banana
Supper - Avocado & pine nut salad with lime & chilli dressing followed by 150g soya yoghurt with a few raspberries.
Plenty of cups of tea throughout the day.
A few pounds off target, have lost 3st 5lbs since Christmas using MFP.

B - porridge

D - few slices of chicken with some salad

T - Am having a chippy tea in a bit. Fish (batter removed), chips and curry sauce. About 20 syns but so worth it Grin

D - bacon, eggs
Snacks - banana, breadsticks

And shredded and did 40 mins cardio today. So very happy.

L tuna salad, tiny choc bar

S melon, bag of ww crisps

D homemade spare ribs, corn on the cob, butternut squash wedges
strawberries, greek yoghurt and a drizzle of chocshot

Weightwatching and it works out at 27 points in total for the day

I had a, cereal bar while waling the dog and now Im going to have oatcakes and peanut butter because my stomach is rumbling Blush

today I had:

breakfast - half a cold cooked chicken breast and two babybels
coffee with a slosh of double cream

snack - Apple

lunch - a tortilla wrap filled with mozzarella, chicken and prosciutto, with a side salad

snack - another decaf coffee with cream and another babybel

dinner - grilled pork chop with cheesy mustard topping, green beans with garlic and butter, fried aubergine slices

Friday treat - a cookie dough quest bar
4 pints of water through the day

total 2100 cals but I don't really count cals except to make sure I'm getting enough.

I'm high fat low carb, in case that's not obvious Grin
I'm currently pregnant and not trying to loose weight, just keep it steady (hence inclusion of tortilla and apple) and keep my blood sugar from being all over the place and making me faint.

feel very satisfied!

oh meant to add weight loss! I'm not trying to lose as pregnant but have gained a sensible 4kg and I am 25 weeks, so feeling pretty good.

Oh dear.... not a great contribution here.

Went out for dinner with family and there were no salad etc options. I've had the day off the diet and there was...

Toast with butter and honey

Mahoosive dinner - steak on ciabatta with caramelised onions, egg, chips and salad. Followed by pudding of cheesecake.

Tea was therefore late and small. Cream cheese and crackers with an apple.

Followed by homemade oreo cheesecake.

Now I feel a bit sick.
Back to calorie counting tomorrow. And lots of walking.

B - Special K Red Berries porridge made with Alpro coconut milk plus raspberries
L - Courgette fritters with dip and a 25g bag of Twiglets
D - Small avocado, tomato & mozzarella salad with rocket, coriander and a few silverskin pickled onions plus 6 Ryvita fruit bakes with Philadelphia Light.
Snacks - banana
Drinks - tea and diet coke

I'm dieting using mfp
I'm shedding baby weight from four month old dd
I'm thirty two pounds down in eight week
Today I have eaten

Breakfast was s big thick slice of homemade wholemeal bread with dairy free margarine and homemade nutbutter and a black coffee

Lunch was a salad bowl with cooked prawns and half an avocado and an apple

Dinner will be s huge omelette with veggies chopped into it
I'll have some soya yoghurt for dessert because I'm on a Lactofree diet Smile

Breakfast, bagel and banana
No lunch because I wanted a Thorntons ice cream Blush, had one scoop of chocolate ice cream .
Cereal bar.
Dinner, 2 southern fried chicken drumsticks and some proper chips.
Cereal bar
2 oranges.

I found the dinner to be a bit heavy and the ice cream gave me a headache Hmm

I'm on slimming world

B - scrambled egg on 2 slices wholemeal toast, mushrooms, ketchup (1syn), light butter (2syns).

sn - Hifi light choc orange (3 syns)

L - Chicken breast, carrots, parsnips, green beans, Yorkshire puddings (5 syns), potatoes roasted in fry light, gravy (2syns). Dessert was a fruitopolis yogurt and strawberries (half a syn)

Dont know if I'll eat anything else tonight, but if I do it'll likely be a banana or some strawberries

Breakfast - Santana bran, blueberries and pear with lactofree milk.

Lunch - 3 rice cakes with hummus and spring onion and red peppers chopped up and a dollop of lactofree cream cheese.

Dinner - prawn stir fry followed by lactofree yoghurt.
