I love a 'What did you eat today?' thread. But the one in chat was getting interesting as those not dieting were a bit unimpressed by the food day's of some.

I thought we could (if you like) say what 'plan' or method you are using, what you ate and how successful you felt the day was.

Out for the day in Liverpool

Ham sandwich, apple 5 chips pinched from the ones the dds were sharing.

1/2 a gammon steak and a few slimming world meatballs I cooked to try, served with jacket potato and peas for tea followed by an eat natural cereal bar.

I need to log it onto nutracheck to see what I've got left.

btw - the slimming world meatballs might be fine served in sauce, but they were very salty on their own.

Mindful eating here too:
B- greek yoghurt, granola and a couple strawberries; coffee

L- chargrilled turkey, bulgur, veg mix (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower); 1 piece of cheese and bread; small caramel flan

D- 1/4 pint of beer with DH ; 1 carrot with hummus; rocket salad with 1 1/2 tomatoes and 1/2 mozzarella ball. No pudding as he did not go food shopping!

Drink: 4 espressos and 2L of water today (hot here)!

B: scrambled eggs and peach slices
L: salad buffet bar at wholefoods
D: had friends over on a flying visit from the UK so indulged in prosecco, picked a bit at DC dinner then had lentil and sundries tomato stuffed squash, roast carrots and fennel, roast tomatoes and the never ending wheatberry salad!

Didn't calculate dinner in the end but I think the day came in at under 2000kcal which isn't too bad. Fast day today to compensate

B - 2 coffees

L - 2 weetabix and a banana

D - roasted courgettes, red onion, green pepper, yellow peppers, baby tomatoes served with chicken legs smothered in tomato purée, garlic salt and smoked paprika.

B - 2 slices medium sliced 50/50 bread with 20g no-added sugar peanut butter
L - Pack of 7 oat cakes with Philadelphia Light, cucumber, 8 grapes and 150g soya yoghurt
D - 2 x Linda McCartney rosemary & red onion sausages, 165g sweet potato fries and 100g baked beans, plus a mini calippo.
Comes in at just under 1400kc according to MFP.

Today is a cheat day, I call it FatFriday.

B- coffee and weetabix
Then it went downhill
l- ham roll and cupcake
D fish and chips & wine
Chocolate buttons and crisps

Bizarre late shift so weird timings
B - granola, yog (went back to bed)
L - half a protein roll with p butter
T - chicken, courgettes, onion, cherry toms, peppers
Snacks - coffee, protein shake, protein bar

Have arrived into Spain for 10 days so really trying to be careful.

So far have had a jacket with beans and salad

Hoping dinner has lots of healthy options

I love Fat Friday! I get into trouble at the weekend by having two days off instead of one!

Yesterday no breakfast and both lunch and dinner were assortment of picnic foods, fruit and veggies and boiled eggs, managed to avoid crisps and bagels. Came in at 1,097kcal so last few days of under normally reasonable amounts will hopefully atone for today - out for brunch then at a pool birthday party. I'm driving us all home though so won't be drinking which will minimize the damage!

Didnt eat much yesterday, felt a bit sick.
Still feeling nauseous today so I went for a killror cure and have just have chips, 4 fish fingers, egg and white bread Grin

B - Oat so simple made with Alpro coconut milk, with 2 chopped dates and 15g sultanas stirred through it.
L - Small cheese salad baguette with Twiglets and 100g soya yoghurt
D - Fresh cheese and walnut ravioli (125g) with brocolli, mushroom & creme fraiche, served with a salad.

D - Burger patty, with raw onion and rocket plus 3 pieces of calamari

Ooh hello, can I join?

I'm using mfp, and staying under 1500. I'm also making an effort to eat little meals regularly so I don't have a sugar crash/end up starving and eat stupidly.

B- yoghurt and granola
Snack - half can of beans
Lunch - avocado on two slices of seeded toast
Snack - apple
Dinner - wholegrain pasta with prawns in tomato sauce and Brocolli

My meals today:
B - overnight oats (oats, soya yoghurt and raspberries)
L - Crackers with small piece of cheese, chutney, pickled onions & salad. A satsuma.
D - The rest of the packet of cheese & walnut ravioli, mushrooms, brocolli & salad.

Scales show I have gained 1.5lbs

Anyway roast lamb, roast potatoes, green beans, peas, cabbage and gravy

Today I had:

Muesli with chopped banana and almond milk

Nakd banana crunch bar

Ham salad with hummus, tomatoes and a few of those gorgeous cream-cheese stuffed peppadew peppers, nom Grin

Pineapple, nectarine and blueberries with Greek yogurt and honey

Lemon, basil and Parmesan spaghetti with a slice of garlic bread.

I'm using MFP too and that lot came in at just over 1,500 cals today.

Onwards and downwards!

Been out all day bloody new school uniform shopping

Just got back so nothing so far however dp is just putting on sirloin steak with jacket potato, salad, grilled courgette and sweet peppers

I am trying to get back on the wagon with weightwatchers, interesting to see what everyone else is eating! I would like to join. I am night shift so from midnight onwards today I had
3am - wotsits, cup of tea
7.30 2x slices of hovis best of both toast and flora light
sleep
2pm - 2 x ryvita sweet onion and flora light.
5.30 - I made homemade chicken burgers for the family but I had without the bun and had the smallest piece which was 100g, so basically I had chicken breast with philly garlic and breadcrumps and dry salad with 3 x battered onion rings.
Snack - mini twister ice lolly.
I am having the other half of a bottle of low alcohol *so lower cal fizzy wine.
This added up to 26 pp.

Nakd cocoa orange bar

Spiced coconut chicken pasta, olive oil oatcakes, dried cherries & dark choc chips

Thai turkey meatballs with noodles and stir fry veg after my PT session - kettle bells tonight and I'm feeling it now!

Lunch 2 x ryvita sweet onion with 20g half fat cheddar and philly garlic spread
Dinner 2 x sausage , 140g roast potatoes 1 x Yorkshire pudding and little gravy
Snacks - Sugar free jelly , frozen grapes , 1x mini twister
31 pp so used some weeklies.
