Perfect day of food (with no consequences like feeling full or having a hangover)
B: excellent black coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, poached eggs with avocado and sautéed spinach on DH's freshly baked bread sprinkled with chilli flakes and sunflower seeds
Mid morning: almond milk latte
L: roasted cauliflower and chickpeas, pine nuts, quinoa, lemon, parsley and garlic dressing. Nearly ripe mango sprinkled with lime juice and paprika for pud
Afternoon slump: matcha green tea, mango and avocado smoothie
Afternoon pick me up: gin and tonic and lime and cucumber
Dinner: BBQ vegetable salad (corn, cauli, sweet peppers, courgette, aubergine) with feta, lime, coriander and jalapeño dressing and more coriander and jalapeños. Vegan key lime pie from Cafe Gratitude for pud, and a glass or two of crisp Pinot Grigio
Evening cocktail hour: dirty martini
Nightcap: Glenmorangie and some dark chocolate with sea salt and caramel
