Hello Smile
I've recently lost over 30lbs but I still need to lose another 30ish. Anyone want to join in for some support/motivation? I'm thinking weekly Monday morning weigh ins starting tomorrow (Not compulsory).
I'm going to do healthy food at about 1000-1200 calls a day. I may also add in some fast days too.
All diet types and weights welcome Smile

Sad Ah well, koko! Rooster, I'm not sure whether it's about not being reward orientated. I don't think I do delayed gratification too well and am not very good at rewarding myself (except with chocolate!).

I'm on a fairly low income, so haven't got a lot of money to spend on a reward either, and with a low cost item, I'd tend just to get it straight away! Blush

Only 1lb on Arti, that's not too bad. Onwards and downwards - you're still lighter than me - when I get to 151b I shall be delighted.
My goal is 140b which seems a long way away, but I am determined to keep shedding it bit by bit.
Today I saw someone who I haven't seen since last summer (when I was nearly 20b heavier way before I started trying to lose weight) and he was really complimentary saying I had lost loads of weight and looked fab so that was nice.
I think when the loss is so gradual its hard to recognise and celebrate the change yourself. I keep reminding myself that I didn't get fat overnight so I can't expect to become slimmer in an instant.
It is hard though.

Next week is half term so we tend to eat out and I'm more likely to snack in the day so I shall have to make a real effort not to go mad.

Forgot to check in on Monday - no change for me which is fine.

I do realise that in order to lose more weight I am going to have to be really strict so I am going to have a relaxed half term (while not going mad) and then during the four weeks leading up to Easter I am going to try and be completely focused and see if I can lose another 4 or 5 lbs.

I'm very much an all or nothing person and I know I need to get back on track. I have an event at the end of May so I'm aiming to be half a stone lighter by then. Not much of a goal but better than nothing.

I'm amazed I've lost anything as I've been pigging out a lot. I ate 3 bars of chocolate yesterday! I think I'm feeling stressed and a bit low and I reach for the sugar to help me feel better!

I was 150.5lb this morning though and have hopefully got over my chocolate binge and am back on track. How are you doing Rooster? This thread is really helping me not to give up, even when I have a blip for several weeks!

I have to keep reminding myself that if I hadn't started this weight loss journey I'd be a stone heavier then I am now (and I'm still overweight)
