I have been using MFP to keep myself really strict and stuck to not going over 1200 cals.
I didn't get to see the Crush as I had to cover a colleagues class at short notice but I bet he would have been impressed 
A colleague did say to me today they thought I had lost weight, so I said "Really?" and they said "yes, in your face."
In my face!!!! I am fifty years old, the last place I want to lose weight from is my face!!! Not looking six months pregnant is what I am aiming for 
I haven't been exercising, but what I have done, and yes, I know it's frowned upon, but I have been skipping breakfast. I get up at half past six and eat brekkie then. By half past ten I am starving and ready for what hobbits call "second breakfast." Then by 11.45 I am thinking, "Is it lunchtime yet?" I find if I skip breakfast I don't really get hungry until 1ish. I don't understand this but it is working and I will eat if I feel faint so it's all good.
