I think i would be better if i had someone i didn't want to let down!
hopped on the scales this morning and 10st1lb dead. I was about 9 stone last summer and want to get back down there! Currently struggling to get back below ten i keep stalling (and eating biblical quantities of pitta and hummus and galaxy bars... not at the same time)

I have a beach holiday coming up in 10 weeks so a few pounds gone by then would be great!!
Anyone up for buddying up with a food dairy and telling me off?

Am going out on sat night so need to be extra good so can enjoy pudding and wine on sat!

So only 1lb off ... I am a bit gutted.... Was hoping for 2, but still, closer to 9 than 10 and have to just keep going.... Will really try for 2 next week.... Will be able to do an extra exercise class as Linda back at school.....

Did a cheeky weigh in a days ago and had another pound off. So 11.3 now yay! That's 6 off since I joined :)
Yest was a bit of a disaster including a whole nut bar (entire!) and pitta and hummous as a snack and a hot choc!!! Didn't even put it into fittness app but must have been hitting 1500 oops
Back on it today
Smoothie
Egg white onlete and salad
Home made Turkey burgers without the bap! And brocolli

Tmrw have a night of wine and dinner but have decided yes to the wine but no to the pudding! Promise to stick to it Hmm
Want to be 11.1.5 by next wed at least!

Hi! Realise I'm a little late to the party but....can I join please?! Got up to my heaviest at nearly 12 stone after having dc, decided to do something about it at the beginning of the year and got down to 10.7 but then lost my way! Been reading through your thread and feeling motivated to get started again! Am 5ft 3 and hoping to get down to 9st 7 or maybe a little lower. Will post my first weigh in Monday morning. Planning on mfp to 1200cal a day , and also the hard bit of the 30 say shred. I've lost weight this way before so I know it works just got to stay motivated!

Got back from my folks' yesterday. Weighed in at 9st 2lb this morning even after too much wine and chocolate last night. Aiming for 9st then will attempt maintenance which is always harder than losing!

Had a disatourous sat night! And yest was hungover and again was
disastrous!
Back on it today and have nothing major planned all week so planning to be v v strict and shed that weight asap!

Right so since starting this thread I have lost.... Not much weight. However with holidays etc out the way back on it with a vengeance.

Went on a 16 mile run first thing... Gross.

Then had a salad with falafels, hummous/bread and 2/3 of a normal sized galaxy bar (I was ravenous ok?!)
going to have stuffed mushrooms and Greek salad for dinner.

Also as those that know me from earlier days of this thread my bmi is healthy in about 9'12 at 5'7and a tiny bit.

But I'm a massive long distance runner and I've been reading up on racing weights and have a fair (bloody tonne) way to go. Still I was 10'10 in feb so made a lot of progress overall really.
