I think i would be better if i had someone i didn't want to let down!
hopped on the scales this morning and 10st1lb dead. I was about 9 stone last summer and want to get back down there! Currently struggling to get back below ten i keep stalling (and eating biblical quantities of pitta and hummus and galaxy bars... not at the same time)

I have a beach holiday coming up in 10 weeks so a few pounds gone by then would be great!!
Anyone up for buddying up with a food dairy and telling me off?

Notdead... That sounds disgusting....

Disgustingly delicious!!! I may spoil myself if I hit my goal of 8"10" before my October holiday to a punnet of strawberries and a small jar of Nutella all in one sitting to celebrate!!!!

I managed about 20 lengths of the pool whilst swimming with the kids yesterday. I must do more but it's v difficult in the holidays... I can do some tennis/yoga/spinning from early September... Yey Grin

Ha ha. Made a golden syrup cake with DD last night which I have so far managed to avoid tucking into. Extreme restraint. My problem is I am all or nothing…. If I have one slice I'll end up having 5.

Taking DD swimming this morning and hoping I'll be able to actually swim a bit as opposed to stand about watching her handstands!

Breakfast will be porridge with fruit on top.

Finally broke the plateu, hit 9 st 3 this morning, under the 130 lb mark Grin

Been being pretty effective, trying to make sure i don't snack at work which leaves me an evening treat.

I also find i can't lose if if eat more than 1200 , i need to be at about 1000 to lose anything! My metabolism gave up when i hit puberty.

Well done on hitting 10 Killa :)

I'm hanging around the 9st 6/7lb mark at the moment... Been too relaxed as my parents have been staying this week plus had a birthday at work yesterday which meant pizza and cake!

But! I'm back on it today and going to shift the last 7lb.

MegB, I'm v. close to you. 60.5 kilos today - which I think is 9st 8lb? Want to get to 56 kilos - just under 9 stone. Don't mind if it takes a while as want it to stay off. And want to do it in v. healthy way rather than just via counting calories.

Oh bugger... My 2 day wedding damage (plus Nutella) was just too great to repair, up 2lbs to 9.95

Oh well, gotta keep on going, slice of toast then chicken/avocado salad for lunch....

Notdead it's hard when it's in the house! I've just stopped buying stuff and no dc currently so don't have to..so ive somehow managed to have nothing sweet for ten days?! Which is most unlike me....just get back on the wagon tmrw and I'm sure a good gym session will sort it out!

Lentil soup (extra large bowl as v hungry and ate dinner early too)
At a friends all weekend so am worried it's all going to go to pot! Must say away from wine and cake!!!

Woo hoo! Have lost some weight. Just under 60k. Been v. good today so far:

Virtuous smoothie for breakfast (apple, mint, courgette, protein powder, kale)

2 peanut butter sandwiches for lunch.

Protein bar snack.

Going for healthy salad with plenty of protein (chicken & egg) added for supper.

Disaster here! At a friends ended up eating at 9pm at their pub so I was starving and couldn't handle a salad! Had lamb and potato rosti and wine...and sticky toffee pudding!

These thing happen! Generally when alcohol is involved, I find. Lowers the resolve. Not to worry - put it behind you. Tomorrow is another day!!

Well today's entry related to yesterday! And today has been another nightmare!
Tmrw is restarts! Egg salad and greek yog all the way!!
Really hope these last 2 days didn't totally ruin my hard work so far!

Thanks trying. I think it's a good idea to blow the calorie count once a week or so. Otherwise I think the metabolism just slows down in reaction to the lower level of calories. So the odd binge day tricks it into waking up again. Obviously totally unscientific view (!!), but I find that is my pattern: 4 or 5 good days and then one or two really NOT good ones. When you even it all out - it's still better than not trying at all Grin

I managed to have a good weekend, have been away at our caravan but didn't drink last night and kept it reasonably healthy with (veggie) bbq dinner. Not had time to Shred today, I might do later after dinner (spicy root veg and lentil casserole). Will see what the scales have to say tomorrow!

I agree not dead... Completely better than not trying and the odd binge day keeps us going the other 5-6!

Mixed day for me but quite good as we have been to peppa pig world so resisted burgers/chips/ice cream and a big fry up!!

Bacon sandwich
Cajun chicken salad (they apparently only make 3 a day, I got the last one... Phew!
Kids portion of chilli and rice
3 licks of ice cream
2 squares of mint aero

I am actually quite chuffed!!!

Oh dear.....

Had a candlelit little celebration dinner for hubby and me at home last night...

I made cassoulet and chocolate cheesecake.... Crunchy fresh baked baguettes and red wine/champagne....

On mfp I am still only 400 over daily allowance but I am not sure how accurate that is... I need a spin class tonight!!!!!!

I went up to 10st 1 after weekend but back down again today. It's been a couple of weeks now floating around between 10 and 10st2 and I really need to focus to get into the 9's.

Today I will be good!

Keep going everyone... I was 9st 4.25lb this morning despite drinking lots of wine last night, suspect I may have a delayed-reaction gain tomorrow! I felt rotten today, I really should knock drinking on the head altogether, no good ever comes of it.

Have managed to do OK today, porridge for breakfast and Quorn roll for lunch, dinner will be jacket potato with cottage cheese and salad. No snacks yet but contemplating having a banana in a minute. More than anything I feel knackered and want my bed!

Bbery I was 500 over for last 3 days am not looking fwd to weighing tmrw! It's so hard to stay on it when ur at a friends/parties/weddings!

I was bad again yest! Dear me! Was good all day and then had 6 biscuits?! Disgusting Angry

Today I'm back on and been v good ! I think :)

Ur almost doing the whole 5/2 fasting thing! I can't handle less than 900! I'm. On 900 exactly today (after 1600 for last 3!!)
