I think i would be better if i had someone i didn't want to let down!
hopped on the scales this morning and 10st1lb dead. I was about 9 stone last summer and want to get back down there! Currently struggling to get back below ten i keep stalling (and eating biblical quantities of pitta and hummus and galaxy bars... not at the same time)

I have a beach holiday coming up in 10 weeks so a few pounds gone by then would be great!!
Anyone up for buddying up with a food dairy and telling me off?

I downloaded a pedometer lastingly that's linked to mfp, it's great but it's eating my battery.... I have to put my phone down just to charge it but will be going for a long walk tonight to reach 10,000 steps!

Ive only lost half a pound so am pissed off! Makes it 3 over 2 weeks

9st 3.75lb this morning, that's only a smidge off 10lb that I've lost since joining this thread in June :)

Some weeks I've gained when I've stuffed my face on holiday and some I've hardly lost anything but the trick has been to keep going even after a few days' break. Really, though, the key has been for me to drink a lot less wine. I feel and look so much better for it.

Dinner grilled chicken and med veg

Tmrw again v strict so in London the odd meal out doesn't make a huge diff. But I think I'll need to still watch what I eat as it appears even 2/3 days of being not so good hinder weight loss massively!

I am 6 under for the day, including the small glass of red I am about to enjoy Smile so no mfp telling off!

I small Red wine
11,000 steps today (that's 3.5 hours in the park this morning!)

I broke and weighed a day early (6 days) 9 7.5 so lost the 2lbbi put on last week

V happy.... Next week I will be closer to 9 than 10, yopeeeeeee!!!!!

I also weighed myself today as last weigh in was day after my awful 3 days in a row and was hoping i had lost more than 0.5 etc. Ive lost 1.5 pounds. So that's 2 in 9 days. Total of 4.5. Now 10.5 from 10.9.4 Only another ten to go?!! If I can keep at 1.5-2 a week I'll be happy. Just been for a run and time for yog and fruit!

Yes 1-2 lbs a week (2 if I am honest) is what I aim for... But if you pick up a lb of sugar it's amazing how heavy it actually is!!

Hello everyone, sorry I have been away for so long. Been so busy recently. Anyway have maintained for the past couple of weeks. Finding it really hard to get to the gym with the kids being off as so knackered by evening. Having real trouble with this site too.

Was fairly good while away. Only 1 small glass of wine. Had salads eggs and grilled meat when out. Will weigh tmrw hopefully same or lost! Walked miles and miles and miles!

Went to a wedding yesterday, won't even begin to list how much I ate and drank! 9st 4.5lb today so not too much damage done. I will be tending my hangover with pie and mash tonight though!

Today whilst the family atemcdonalds I had a spudulike Parma ham crushed new potato plate... It wAs fab!

Keep going trying...let it motivate not distract you!

I have a holiday in about 7/8 weeks so I want to be my wedding weight or less by then (8"10") I may even break out the honeymoon bikinis!!!

Actually I'm going to try them on today.... That will keep me focused ....

I'm at my folks' with the DC so can't weigh in for a few days, or count calories as they're cooking for me! But hoping to stay on an even keel by staying off the booze and crap food. I was still 9st 4.5lb yesterday and will be happy if I'm the same when I get home!
