Yes me! I still need to lose baby weight, but the baby is definitely a toddler rather than a baby, so I can't keep using it as an excuse. I know that snacking is my downfall. I have a really sweet tooth and eat too much chocolate, cake etc.
I think I'm going to try no snacks at all. I'm quite good at following rules, but rubbish at moderation
So when I say I'm going to eat less chocolate it doesn't work, whereas if I cut it out completely I do better.
However I'm not sure I can cut out all sugar, so I'm thinking I could still have fruit, an occasional pudding etc as long as it's part of a meal.
I think it will also be better for my teeth. I used to have great teeth, never needed any filings (inspite of all the sugar) Since having the dc I've had several filings 
So yes, just 3 meals a day!
I'm also doing C25k. Did first 2 weeks a few weeks ago, but have been v busy recently and lapsed. Am going to get back to it now!
