Does anyone want to join me in 3 healthy meals a day and no snacking plan?

I'm an overweight grazer and feel like I've lost my way totally.
I eat far too much and hardly remember what feeling hungry feels like.
I'm not going to be strict about what I eat - just normal sensible meals with vegetables. If I eat out then I'll make a healthy choice.
Anyone fancy it?

Today is turning into an expensive shopping trip-new running trainers and another sports bra. Hopefully will help with the toning up!

B granola (measured it and was amazed how small the pack portion size was)
L We were good and had a lovely yo sushi lunch for fewer than 400 calories.
T fajitas

mm yo sushi!

Today was probably not under calories...
B: 2 fried eggs and ratatouille and slice of bread
L: salmon and cucumber sandwich, melon
lemon blueberry cake for a weekend treat in a cafe
D: Bolognese, pasta and some focaccia

I woke up late for church so the day started with an orange club and a custard cream for breakfast (oops!) but for a change that didn't set the tone for the rest of the day and I've done alright.
Lunch was pasta with a spicy tomato sauce, quorn and grilled Mediterranean vegetable.
Then a lovely six mile walk in the sunshine with a magnum, followed by poached egg on wholemeal toast with spinach, cottage cheese and spring onion for tea. Maybe sons hot choc with a shot of amaretto for pudding later...

I'm bumping this to see if anyone is still doing it and how you're progressing. Had an interesting discussion with my GP recently, who said that there's some research that indicates that actually snackng isn't very good for us from an insulin point of view.
So, any updates?

I've been doing something like this since the New Year. Porridge with banana and tinned peaches for breakfast, large piping hot bowl of homemade lentil soup for lunch. Then a healthy normal dinner. No snacks other than the occasional piece of fruit. No booze, bread, sweets or biscuits and lowish carbs. I'm down 21lbs. About 50 to go.
