Im 5ft 7inch and weigh 11.7 stone i really think i need to get down to 10.7 i think to be a healthy bmi. Thinking of giving myself till april 1st to do it by. Anyone else want to join me?

Am doing fine so far, have walked for about 4 hours today( that was around shops i hope that counts)
Have stayed away from junk food and been eating healthier food and if hungry snacking on fruit.

Hey everyone. Another with very good intentions. I'm about 5"6 and not sure exactly how much I weigh but its has got to be in the region of 10st 10ish.
I do exercise regularly but I suppose I could always try harder whilst I'm running /gym.
I really live my food so I have decided that I'm going to do 5:2 diet. Hopefully if that kicks in then I will be able to maintain a sensible weight. I would absolutely love to get jut under 10st. I did a fast day on thurs and it was fine. I didn't feel starved at all.

Today was a mixed bag-good, braved. New exercise class' free opening day and did and hour of miked bokwa, meta fit and legs bums and tums, and went swimming, but also went to Harvster and had a great meal, with pudding!

I'm 5ft4 and weighed myself on new years day and found I was 10 stone which brough home how terrible my diet has been over the last year.

I want to get down to 9 stone and then see how I feel when I'm there.

I started low carbing on thursday and I'm going to do pilates 3 times a week and shred 2 times a week as well.

I did a sneaky weigh in this morning and have already lost 2 lbs so onwards and downwards!

I cant wait to see ive lost 2lbs but i think i will wait till thurs to weigh myself again. Yeah low carbing i hear is good way to lose

Urgh. Attempted to go for a run today, which was silly. Only managed 1.7 miles before I had to stop. Thought I was going to die :( not too bad with food, though

Hi, so far so good. Still eating ok without all the junk between meals and still off the alcohol 4 days!! But as you say small steps.
Me and muttly have had some lovely walks and on the beach in the hope to tone my thighs so fingers crossed for Wednesday weigh in...
How are all you doing? I'm not looking forward to goingback to work as I can't concentrate when I food in my bag and usualy eat everything by 10 Blush
And end up starving by 1/2 pm and in the tuck shop!

Elfina, 1.7iles??? Come on! That's good-better than sitting on the sofaSmile well done everyone for exercise. I know a pp said its 80% food and 20% exercise but it all has got to help hasn't it ??

Food kept to my limit on myfitnesspal and when on my exercise bike this evening so very pleased!

Can I join please? I'm 5ft7 and currently about 10st. Would love to be 9st again but would settle for 9st7. I realise that sounds quite low but I'm very small framed.

I exercise regularly but food - particularly bread - is my downfall - I just love it.

Have been trying to be more sensible this last week or so.

I've also signed up for a 10k to give myself a kick up the arse.

Can I join you please? Got an extra stone to shift post DC2 - was 10st 4 on NYD and am 5ft 4. Am breast-feeding so hoping that'll help but have a very sweet tooth & have been using the BF as an excuse to eat non-stopBlush
Going to dig out the Davina post-natal DVD today & try & fit that in twice a week & start eating more 'cleanly'. Hoping to have a sunny holiday at the end of March so that's my target date...

Another joiner here Smile I want to lose a stone and a bit. I will still be overweight at this but will look and feel better than I currently do. My cunning plan is to do WW Discovery Plan for the first half stone, then once I have re familiarised myself with the points combine it with 5:2. More later Smile

Hopeless yesterday. Did really well til the evening when I gorged on biscuits and chocolate. I let myself get too hungry which is no good.

Breakfast is my downfall I think...I feel like I really need carbs to get the day going. Toast and butter and hot chocolate today. But soup for lunch and chicken and salad for tea.

As per moss my goal is 9 stone by end if feb. Am currently 10st 7lb, 5ft 6. Started today, low carb 5:2 type combo (self made diet I followed last year and lost 3 stone) got preg and put on 3st, so got the left over 1.5 stone to lose now.
Am bloody starving...
