Hi,

I have been doing the RC GI Jeans diet which has been really good. I have lost 2 stone so far.

Good luck on the diet plan. It is really more healthy eating. My RC instructor lost an amazing 7 stone prior to becoming an instructor. It does seem to work if you can stick to it.

just thought i'd give this a bump cos i'm thinking of starting it too. is 4 or 5% fat you are allowed?

Hello, can you all give me some advice please?

I'm thinking of doing the RC diet and have had a look on her website but don't understand it very well. Do I have to choose what diet I do? There are no classes in my area, closest about 60 miles away. I bought the RC magazine in Tesco and it had a Gi hip and thigh diet booklet with it (phase 1:fat attack fortnight)is this the really difficult diet?

I want to loose 2 stone, mainly because I have mobility problems and hope it would improve if I wasn't heaving so much weight around! I tried SWorld and honestly stuck to it but only lost an average of 1lb a month (not good for moral)!
I'm a veggie but have just started eating fish for health reasons. I can't eat any dairy, and my kids are dairy allergic. So do you think the recipes would suit me. Plus I detest cooking. Love swimming and go most days though.

Any advice would be gratefully received. Thanks
