I really really need my a**e kicking. I'm not going back to how I was but I'm sticking to Rosie less and less every week.

I think that part of it is being told how good I look, it's turning my head a bit .

But I am still in a 14 and would love to be a 12.

Well done kbear - proud of you

My other problem is exercise, my knee is starting to give me problems which means that the step in a morning has had to go. I need somehting to replace it which I can do at home and is low impact, any suggestions?

Don't give up now lilibet, do you like swimming? I find it is so good for toning and for de-stressing? Does it have to be something at home?

Come on gals - let's stick together and loooooose it.

Hi kbear - I put 1/2 on last night which isn't bad actually.

I'm not a brilliant swimmer and I find that if Iam doing somehting for 20 minutes in the morning I tend to stick to it better. The 'at home' thing is because both dh and I are studying, so one looks after the childen while the other works, so if one of us goes out it means that the other doesn't get any work done. That does make us sound very boring, but we're not!!

KBear · 10/10/2006 22:20

Hello all - I didn't go to RC class tonight. Had bad attack of "can't-be-arsed-itis". Did go swimming today however then a trolley dash round ASDA!

firststar - 5lb is amazing - well done.

To be honest I haven't lost motivation I just have so much juggling in order to escape for an hour (haven't we all) that last night I couldn't face rushing about! I am sticking with it. I'm off to my salsa class in a minute - proper Cuban Salsa, I burn more calories there than at RC!

another 1/2 lb

Yes, I know it's not the end of the world but if this carries on..................

I'm going out into the world more determined this week [apart from Saturday when I'm having a chinese cooked for me by my mate!!]

I'm also looking into getting a rebounder, less stress on the knackered knees
