I put 3lb on , it is over two weeks but it's still there

told you I wasn't doing well

I have 6 more classes before the Christmas break, so in the next seven weeks I am going to get my a**e into gear and shift some of this lard!

What sort of weekend has everyone had? I've had a good one exercise wise, lots and lots of bouncing

But had friends round for meal on Saturday and ate and drank far too much

Heigh ho!

Have lost 10lbs in 7 weeks following the straight GI diet. Finding it a bit slow this time but going to keep on going.

Had DS2 17 weeks ago so most of the weight seems to be gone in places I don't notice...not noticing much of a difference which is very frustrating. Still can't get any of my old trouser done up comfortably!!!!

Just need to keep motivated. Need to loose another stone by Christmas.

Have no time to exercise firststar, so no but sure this would help a lot.

Did it before about a year and a half after my first son was born...weight seemed to drop off and lost 2 stone.

Got to do it though because it was so easy being slim and now it's so hard not fitting in to my existing clothes and having to buy new ones that can't hide my bum and tummy.

If I have porridge for breakfast and a salad or soup and ryvita for lunch I'm ok.

Killer is staying off the red wine....can't seem to succeed at that right now.

3lb off!!

grin]

Would like to loose another 7 1/2 before 7th December, which is 5 weigh ins, which is perfectly possible. That means I would get my 2 stone certificate before Christmas

I can do this

Lilibet, you seem to be soaring away now - Well done!

I have stopped going to the Tuesday class because I love the salsa classes I've been doing and I'd rather do that twice a week (can't afford to do three £5 classes a week!). I'm going to continue my Tuesday swimming and weigh myself at home on Tuesday too but I will be using you lot as my conscience! I've lost 16lbs now and would like to make it another 7.

Rosemary Conley makes me think of Kath from Kath and Kim.

lardylegs · 06/11/2006 13:10

Hi! Well-done first of all for all your achievements! I'm hoping to lose some weight too, and have never tried Rosemary Conley (it's about the only one I haven't tried!). Would someone please mind explaining to me how it all works. Does it involve much calorie counting and weighing of foods? Are any of the foods unlimited? I like the thought of getting an exercise class thrown in too, but is it super strenuous?
I'd appreciate any info. Thanks!
