MM involves healthy eating and some exercise. Your excuses will not be tolerated here.

Phew panicked for a minute stealth but lovely to get a pm. DH and I are going out soon for a good walk to make sure I hit my 10,000 steps today.

1200 is what I eat in total. I don't log exercise as I don't do enough :) just shred and then some walking when I am away.

Our second Motivational Monday is coming up. Thanks Stealth for the great thread. (And Milkshake for the first great thread!).

Okay day for me today. Had 3 glasses of wine, and baked trout and some salad.

My goals for this week-

  1. To stick to my 26 WW points.
  2. To do one zumba class and one spinning class.
  3. To remain resolute. :)

Thank you everyone for the inspiration and the motivation. :)

So well done to everyone. It seems to be going in the right direction. Stealth I'm glad you're losing now. You deserve it after your wobble and I'm glad you came back to it us.

I think I've done really badly this week but I'm kind of waiting for weigh in and Morivational Monday to kick start me again. I'll see what the damage is tomorrow morning.

How can it be almost MM already?! And a whole week since the munchy box!! Congrats stealth fingers crossed for an 11 on thurs!

Hope everyone's had a good weekend and ready to be back 'on it!' again! I've not been as active as I should have considering the dinner I had tonight... Pasta and pizza 'jimmy style' may haunt me... Vague dreams of seeing an 11 tomorrow... But highly doubtful!

Hoping to see a 12 tomorrow, but not holding out hope. Had 2 drinks earlier when with friends, but I'm under calories and have eaten really well today, so who knows what tomorrow might hold.

Hopefully a number around 12st 12 or lower :)

Evening everyone - sounds as though you've all had nice weekends. I went for a very long walk in the woods this afternoon with my DSs and one of DS1s friends from school and his mum and sister. Had a great time but got completely soaked about 10 minutes from home when the heavens opened and absolutely drenched us. It was rough terrain and I was pushing a buggy for nearly an hour and a half so that counted for a few calories I think. I'm over 600 below for today and have been well below for about 3 days, so hoping that come Wednesday weigh in I might have lost another pound or two.
Anway, it's been a good weekend but I'm knackered now so off to bed. See you all in the morning for Motivational Monday!

I ate too much yesterday :( But am getting back on it today. Also didn't shred over the weekend,

Last motivational Monday for me until 20th August but I have lost another 1.5lb, so that's a total of 10.5lb in 6 weeks. 5cm off bust, 8cm off waist and 6cm off hips. On hols today, fingers crossed that I'm good because I don't want to reverse any of this when we are away. Good luck to you all and please, please, please keep the thread going and let it be here in three weeks times.

Quiet day for us today, might get to the gym later. Chicken breasts to eat for tea being as they were the only thing I managed to salvage from the freezer when I realised it had been accidentally switched off. Everything else got binned .

Didn't do too badly yesterday despite being at the pub from 2.30-7.30. Pig roast - stopped at one pork bap (and a few snafffled pieces of crackling), half a cider and a bottle of Crabbe's. Scrambled eggs for breakfast. 2 malted milk biscuits at 9pm.

Waiting to be 11st6 - really want to be 11st4 or less before we go away Fri 10th.

Official weigh in today and I have stuck at 12.5 , which means that I have lost 2lbs this week but nothing since Weds, and considering I had a small blowout yesterday Blush not too bad.

Not happy though, must try harder! Need to try and get some more exercise in.

Well I just weighed after my week away and it's not as bad as I feared. I put on 1lb but it's not as bad as I was expecting. I knew I'd had a blow out week and it was mainly alcohol. I am now 11st 9lbs and considering I was 12st 4lbs when I joined the thread I'm doing ok.

I'm looking forward to getting back on it today as I have two weeks before we go away again. (I love that M&FIL let us use their caravan).

Feeling positive today. Just need to plan a healthy dinner that doesn't make dh feel deprived but is low calorie. Any ideas?

Oh bum, I've gained a pound. Back at 13st.

Still, it's motivational Monday, so my motivation is, I need to lose 2lbs this week to make up for it :) I'm off to the gym today - have decided to brave the running track on Friday.

Aaaah, and I've just seen the time - I'm leaving for the gym in an hour, best get moving and eat some breakfast!
