wanted to join you all, on second day of low carb eating plan. has anyone got any good ideas for breakfast? this is always where i struggle

Re breakfast - why do you struggle? What are the issues that you have?

Don't think of breakfast as a meal that requires special foods. Just eat anything you fancy!

breakfast i just like something plain and sweet like honey on toast. i do like eggs but meat or fish i can not face in the morning

Eggs will be your friend then! Most mornings (unless I have a 6.45 am appointment at the gym) I have eggs - usually boiled, sometimes hardboiled and mashed with mayo.
