Its the final count down to summer, and i have decided i want to loose 7lbs, and tone up a bit before june 15th.

I'm pleased as I've lost 2lb this week Smile. Was planning to go for a run this morning but chickened out as it was raining!

Never mind PuffPants i caved yesturday and has a muffin. These things happen! Went to the gym again today, feeling pretty goooood. A little bit nervous about the weigh in tomorrow, i dont think i will have lost anything, and i'm still having my monster period Sad.

Hello ladies, well think I may have cracked the way I should be eating in order to be slimmer. It's the old breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dine like a pauper.

Today I've had 2x poached eggs on toast
An apple and a mandarin mid-morning
A canteen dinner of panini and a few chips. Followed by a banana.
A handful of popcorn
A bowl of special k for dinner.

Not hungry at all .

Well done sassy for the self control! Is it too late in the day to do the shred at 9.30? I managed to go for a quick walk today (2km) due to rain but that's all. Ate too much at the evening meal too...Sad

Sassy I am best eating like that too. The reason I gained was sitting down to a family meal every night that I wasn't even that hungry for. I have started having about half a portion for my evening meal unless I am starving, and am not feeling deprived at all (missing out on cake is making me feel deprived, of course).

Great weight loss everyone! Making me rather ashamed of my 0.2lb loss, but maybe I'll have she'd an ounce or two more by tomorrow and be up to half a pound Grin. Glad we are at home for the next couple of weekends so I can stick with my diet instead of blowing it completely while visiting friends, so should be able to keep diet going over the fri/sat/sun period.

I am hoping that L3 Shred this evening will have sufficiently offset the coffee sponge roll I have been unable to resist today. Will also run in the morning - am on week 4 of couch to 5k and really enjoying it, despite running at 5:45am.

Interesting fact of the day. My fish oil capsules have 10 calories in. So over a year that's 365 x 10 = 3,650. There are around 3,500 calories in a pound of fat. So if I added my fish oil capsules to a maintenance diet without any adjustment I could gain over a pound in a year, in theory. There's a thing.

Mega hope you managed to Shred - I occasionally squeeze one in right before bed if I've had an awful day food wise. I am much better at exercise than resisting food!

Hi ladies. Me again. Two terrible days food wise. On the plus side I've completed the work based training scheme which culminated in a very stressful Appretice-style challenge this morning, all of which was recorded for the management committee at work to review!

I've got another 2 stupidly busy days ahead at work but I've already made a ham salad for lunch tomorrow so trying to focus on positive steps rather than the diet related mess that culminated in goodness knows how many biscuits, crisps and mini pizzas at lunchtime today Blush

I rather envy those of you who have time to go to the gym or exercise on weekdays. By the time I get home it's time to do bath time and bedtime, food for me and DH then bed!

Did half hour run then hour tennis lesson this am, hour box fit tonight. Ouch! Two poached eggs with one slice whole meal toast this am. Chic bik for lunch. Small portion of chilli this eve BUT 3 glasses of white wine Blush

cbmum your schedule is just like mine when I am at work. That's why I am trying desperately to lose the pounds and get fit while on maternity leave. I can empathise.

No weight loss today. I am up and down like a whores drawers.Grin
Any small cheat seems to put me 2 or3 pound on, that then takes me another week to get off!! I must be good this weekend my dgd is 1 so cake and buns beckon.
Note to self:
I must not eat, I must not eat, I must not eat. Avert gaze from choc cake.

Really bad day yesterday :( Went out for lunch and had a huge panini and some chocolate shortbread and then had chocolate in the evening.

I will get back on track today though.

The plan is granola and yoghurt for breakfast and a banana, chicken salad for lunch and cod with veg for tea. This will happen today. I've also done a quick clean and when my mindee arrives in a couple of minutes we'll be doing dancing and action songs and then taking a long walk to soft play (we go via animals so the children love it).

If the little monsters nap I'll bob and get weighed, if not I'll do it tomorrow. Don't actually own any scales.

Tonight I'll be clearing space in the cupboard so I can hide my Easter egg and the rediculous amount of chocolate DD got for Easter and put nice healthy snacks in their place. I get grumpy if I don't eat every 2.5 - 3 hours and no-one wants a grumpy childminder!

Morning all. I'm off to a slow start today! Will be weighing myself when DP goes to work. I'm using the wii fit to do it, and dont want him to see the result Blush so i will report back if there has been any change or not. I'm not feeling very confident about it!

Oh puds, it'll just be a clerical error somewhere, I'm sure the mistake will soon be realised and your true weight loss will show up on the scales soon. Bummer though.

Hopefully I totally know what you mean about eating big family meals in the evening that you're not really hungry for. I seem to do that a lot too - I plan what we're going to have in advance and then just go along with the plan even if I don't really need a big meal. Will still plan for DH/DS but will have something smaller myself I think.

Had a sneaky hop on the scales this morning and am 2lb down (?!) - will be aiming to maintain this over the weekend. Think I'll make Wednesday my weigh-in day then, as I've already done it today and lots of you are having a Wed weigh-in too.

I think for me it's just a case of getting back into good habits - the more I do it, the easier it'll become

Puds I have heard that the Wii Fit scales are reasonably unreliable, mainly because the board isn't usually left in the same spot all the time, like scales, so the comparison isn't always on the same hardness of floor and therefore can be slightly out either way. Also if you're further along in your cycle or have done exercise you might have some water weight. Also weight is silly. Do you feel any better?

I have not been great today. Managed the light dinner, but preceded it over the course of the afternoon with 1/3 of a coffee sponge roll, four chocolate rice cakes, a mini muffin, a pitta bread and a pack of those Belvita breakfast biscuits Blush. I will definitely not be showing any loss this week. Will attempt to offset at least on Belvita biscuit by Shredding in a little while though...

I was feeling better, but that has just knocked me completely and now i want to eat cake and drink wine Sad.
Ive been a pig today because i was feeling so disheartend after that! I'm going to do my zumba though in the hopes of feeling better.
I think im not going to weigh myself for two weeks now, and see if there is a differenc after that.

I have been so good today. Poached egg on rye toast this morning, prawns and green salad lunch, and < halo sparkling> roast sweet potato & chicken. So I can finish off the chocolate ,4 squares, and have a G &T.
