Why: Just want to be more comfortable in my clothes that are a bit tight & I'm going to be 40 later this year.
Method: Mainly low fat with a vague eye on carbs

Why: Healthy BMI (not very tall)
Method: 3 x week Exercise plan & 5 healthy small meals

Why: To be healthier. To look better in my clothes (most of which don't even fit at the moment: Because I have a posh dinner dance coming up and a lovely frock to wear that will look better if I lose some of the weight.
Method: Cal counting on myfitnesspal.com. Sticking to 3 meals and an evening snack if really hungry/have cals left to have one. Weekly zumba and most weeks a swimming session too.

Why: To be healthier. I am only 5ft 2.5" so am far too heavy. Also, looking better in clothes would be nice too.
Method: Cut down on junk and wine and just have smaller portions really I think.

Method: low-cal and low fat at the moment and using myfitnesspal. Have ordered Dukan diet book though so may switch to that when it arrives

Why: To look better, more energy and get rid of my baby tummy.
I had ds 3 years ago and dd 1 year ago and feel I really should try and get my body back as I feel like a sack of potatoes.
Method: I am doing low calorie and low sugar.

Method: no booze, bread, butter, crisps or chocolate, with a vague nod to slimming world.

Method: Paul McKenna / Couch25K / Davina / Following the SW plan but not going to classes.

Why: Looking best for holiday in July. I look terrible at this weight and after a horrible illness getting fit and healthy is my prime aim.
Method: Alternate day method. Walking and low impact weight training.

Target Weight - 10 stone
Height - 5 foot 7 inches
Reason - to fit back into all the clothes in the back of my wardrobe and look like I did in the photos taken of me 3 years ago!
Method - stick to 1200 calories a day, log everything on MFP, eat less crap and attempt to move more!
Timeframe - how ever long it takes but would like to lose 1.5 to 2 lbs per week.

Why: Clothes are too snug, Holiday coming up, fed up of being fat and frumpy!
Method: Healthy eating, Weekly Zumba, Stop snacking!
