I started on Christmas day (stocking filler from dp I had been begging for). I'm going to combine it with running and hope it will replace the gym (as post dd2 I have not the time to go as she bf all the time!)

So I've done 2 days im on level 2 and find it tough but good

Ssmile, the jumping jacks have been ok, but I am a weakling when it comes to push ups, even the easy ones, can only manage 15, but I increase by one each day, so that has to be good :)

I am enjoying it though and in a strange way look forward to doing it.

Ached abit this morning after five day break and doing L1 yesterday.

I can only do 15half pressups too! Ok can manage one proper pressup ...just :) But I've always been very weak in the shoulders. Over the last month I have managed to increase from 500g rice pud tins to 1.5kg weights for most exercises so I'm slowly getting stronger

Am very impressed with 1 proper press up, managed 20 girl types today, so an improvement. :)

No longer feel like I am going to be sick after finishing, just feel tired, but in a good way.

L1D5 completed, yay for me!

L1 done today but did do bicycle crunches for all the abs section and replaced the static punches with twist jumps from L2 felt vtired today and ache from Monday but I'm still shifting this cold.

Very impressed with the pancake restraint I wasn't so good. I wasn't going to make any but DD1 came home from school asking for pancakes so I made some, one mouthful she decided she really didn't like them after all grrrrrrr this has happened the last 3yrs! So I ate 3 Blush and threw 3 in the bin after DH said he didn't want any. I will not be making them next year!

Only started using weights today, never mind push ups increasing each day.

Do you move up to the next level when you are no longer puffed after doing session?

boiledegg I was surprised how quickly I moved from tins rice pud to 1.5kg weights but I still struggle to do all the static side lung and front anterior raises I always crumble on last 5 :) makes my arms ache lots. I'd watch level two first its lots of plank moves which I fine vhard as I have problem with disc in my back. Hoping my core gets stronger from bike crunchies I'll be able to do more planks.
