No exercise here and the scales are still going down Shock It must be my muscles wasting away due to lack of use but tbh I don't care Grin Going to restart gently tomorrow morning with a swim.

Wow well done fjorny need to investigate your diet as my scales are either stuck or going in the wrong direction

3km run 3km bike ride and 5 mins on cross trainer.. That's 5 exercises this week, I would think I would have something to show for it

I have had a small glass of Wine this evening and a few slices of cheese as my last supper Grin. I did have it in place of dinner, so hopefully not too much of a fuck up calorie wise Grin

So, i am guessing no-one is joining me diet wise Sad

LOTI - tomorrow is soup and fruit, so you can do fruit for brekker and then shop for veggies?

I am not sure what you should do on the meat days though? I forgot there were two steak days

Well I really don't understand it -no exercise and have been eating a reasonable amount, 3 meals a day and fruity snacks but have managed to lose 4.5lb ShockShockShock Will be interesting to see how long I can keep it up!

Think I should follow you , +1 which is absolutely not on considering I have been really good and loads of exercise Hmm beginning to think that all this resistance training and me don't work.

Need to do lots more cardio nxt week, tho have a pt session this am Confused

Crispy I completely forgot I am away nxt thur/fri lol, so I think I will be doing cabbage soup til Thursday! Not sure if it will be as effective but might eliminate the need to eat cow GrinGrinGrinGrin

Still 1lb to go to reach pre-Christmas weight, let's see if the low carb magic lasts another week or this week's weight loss was just a weird blip...

Curry powder, coriander, chilli sauce all seem to enhance the flavour LOTI. Grin

Dh is actually doing it with me which is great - just need to figure out tomorrow night. We are supposed to be having jacket potatoes, but not sure how that will work at a murder mystery dinner party Confused. Although it is 'bring and share', so i may share jacket spuds Grin

Fjorn - have you been low carbing all week? After this week i am going to made a concerted effort not to have cereal in the morning. I didn't for ages when i was actually losing weight but have lapsed back into the ease of a bowl of Special K. Will work on having more grapefruit/eggs/yoghurt etc.

Grapefruit for brekker, soup/cherries/plum for lunch, grapes for snack, soup later.

Tomatoes & mushrooms for brekker tomorrow Smile

I have been lower carbing so had scrambled eggs for breakfast 3 days but on work / playgroup days have been having normal cereal (shreddies & cranberry wheats) but a smaller portion, salad with cheese/egg for lunch then healthyish tea with lotds of veg and some carbs but prob half my normal portion. So yesterday had salmon fillets & prawns baked with some sweet chilli sauce (lush) loads of veg and a few boiled new potatoes. But NO biscuits Shock
