Yesterday was the final day of excess for me: PIL had a party with a MASSIVE buffet. I shamed myself somewhat Blush Onwards and downwards from today though.

We were supposed to be having roast chicken with loads of veg for tea but the chicken smelled a bit funny... so we had chip shop fish & chips [oops] [delish] Grin

One more night of wine and then it's all over and back on the wagon with a vengeance. Scales this morning were truly horrifying. Why oh why oh why do I do this EVERY year???? Blush

I am still avoiding the scales like the plague. Did my eas(ier) circuits class this morning and was completely wiped. It went on FOREVER! Felt lots of bits wobble (attractive) as i did box jumps, but at least i feel back in the routine again. Pilates tomorrow and a run on Friday Smile

I can't take any real credit for it though - was just the result of stopping bread and booze then weeing out the excess water retention. Drinking 18 out of the previous 19 days is not good BlushBlush

Did make a veg soup today, zero calories as didn't use my normal half a pound of butter but have no desire what so ever to eat it HmmConfused

Hi ladies. I didn't do so well over Christmas/New Year and am +2.5kg!

I made it to boot camp yesterday morning (1hr) and hot yoga in the evening (1hr) so feeling good if a little sore but need to do something this weekend otherwise all will go to pot next weekend in Bali!

Will be much easier when Mum and Dad go back I think (hope). Target still to get to 9.5 stone but by 15 April as that will be dd's Christening.

Well, through half closed eyes I appear to only be +3 ShockConfused. I was truly awful so I think my saviour was that I hadn't been ultra good prior to Xmas but was maintaining at 10.10.

So logging in for 2012 at 10.13. Aim is to get back to between 10 and 10.7. I am trying to gee myself up for a cabbage soup week as a kick start, starting the week after my birthday. Anyone want to join?

YuckHmm also +3 sazz .. Definitely up for cabbage soup but can it be replaced with veg soup that has no potatoes? Hate cabbages!!
