Same here. Didn't want to mention that my bloody friend treated us to Macdonalds. So I figured I'd blown my diet and therefore had many a few glasses of wine tonight, and did not do 30DS.

Why am I so blood weak? Angry.

When I had loads to lose I would have stayed resolute while the buggers others had their Big Macs and Happy Meals, but now I'm within a mouse's whisker of my dream bod, I keep fucking slipping up!

Anybody got any tips on how to get my bum back? Mine has gone AWOL. Have looked under bed, in wardrobes, even in oven, to no avail. Am getting desperate. If you have my ass, I am willing to negotiate, and promise not to involve the police! Confused

What weight are kettle bells? I've been Googling, and it does look like I need to use some serious weights to do my squats/lunges. I do not understand where my bum has gone! Sad

Hellooooo all. back after rubbish weekend again. I shall hop back on the hamster wheel again though....

MyChild, my bum disappeared too. I fear it will not return as my mothers is MIA too.

I do quite a lot of lunges, weigh assisted squats etc to no avail. I tend to use 12kg kettlebells, coz i is hard. Innit. Grin

Well done on the exercise LOTI, you sound back in the swing of things Smile. I am going to try a run tomorrow with my new trainers and new insoles and the newly arrived sunshine Smile. I would like to do it straight from walking the DD's to school, but DD1 is SOOOOOOOooooo knackered i fear she will not be up for a morning stomp

Went to get a new fitness programme done at the gym. My old trainer gave me a free pt session, oh my god!!! It was so hard and she ended it with a 5mins run up the steepest incline on the treadmill.. Felt I was going to die GrinGrinGrin

Sorry I have been awol again shockingly bad weekend included profiteroles.... anyway am down to 'only' +2 on last Friday and hoping a couple of super-low-carb days will sort that out. Had a rubbish half an hour trying to find something to wear yesterday so really need to shift at least a stone before July...

Helllooooo. Still not great here as i keep eating crap instead of an evening meal (better than both i suppose? Grin)

Didn't run on Tues but did do 6.5k yesterday outside up the VERY big hill near us, so took about 45 mins. 2.5k run and 1hr pilates this morning.

Hoping for evens this week but i fear that may be a tad optomistic Blush

Well done on your running/PT and spin LOTI. You are amazing!

Fjorn - keep coming back here to check in - i always feel almost embarrased putting my head round the door and kicking my heels sheepishly (as i have done for the last 7 weeks Hmm), but it is better than not having that conscience and going into total freefall. We WILL get back to it........

Not as bad a +3.5 SadSadSad so have managed to put on the weight I lost the last two weeks Hmm so not happy Sad

However although I have been eating healthily I have been eating a mix of prunes/bran flakes/granola to help with my constipated tum Blush.. It's working a treat but I think too much of it is causing bloating and granola is v v calorific Sad

Feel so frumpy and fat Sad
