3k run, 5 mins TRX, 2k cross trainer, 5 mins powerplate, 20 lengths.

DH has made a vegetable chilli for us to take to the party tonight. If I can stick to that i'll be ok, but i am seriously worse than crap with temptation Blush

Hope you have fun tonight crisp and swerve most of the food. I Found a tube of pringles under the bed in the spare bedroom this morning, not as weird as it sounds, DH was keeping them hidden from me when I was stocking up for Christmas! Just hope that now I know they're there I can keep up my resistance...

No 'proper' exercise but 4-5 hours of housework today have left me knackered. Am claiming it for an exersazz Grin

Well, i had some veg chilli & salsa with green salad and drank fizzy water all night . Swerved paella, tortillas (flour & crispy), dips, meat chilli, alcohol & cheesecake. Get me. Grin

No idea why my scales don't like me particularly as this diet sucks!

If no movement tomorrow and going carb free instead for three days and we shall see..

Don't forget though that you are sooooo close to your ideal weight, you know it's hard to shift those last few lb. I still have a whole stone to lose just to get into the top of the 'normal' range for BMI so not surprising if it comes off easier. In fact I could in theory lose FOUR stone and still be just inside the normal range Shock

LOTI - i think your body is of the view it is the right weight!!! Sorry to hear you didn't get on with cabbage souping, but life is too short to be miserable.

I am feeling fine today, no hunger at all and enjoying banana day Grin. Not going to gym/pool this avo as DD2 is poorly but will try and entertain her by shredding Hmm

I took some senacot last night to try and relieve some of the bloating. Seems to have worked its way through today. Sorry, TMI Blush

Sorry to hear dd2 is poorly but you jumping around like a mad thing should make her happy Grin

Having a tuna salad for lunch Smile, think as well that I was doing alot more cardio before I starting doing pt and I have let it slide a bit!

As away Thursday/fri really want to be good these nxt few days so I can eat drink and be v merry at the end of the week Smile

Well done on continuing the diet crisp Smile I am just gutted that it hasn't worked for me and I am also feeling v bloated Hmm
