Digbert - sorry to hear you are still in pain. I think deferring the triathlon would be good, if disappointing. Best to get fully fit before pushing your body too far

I have been ok (ish) Food & exercise not great but not terrible. Have done mad circuits, 2.5k walk, 30 minutes cross trainer/10 mins powerplate so far this week and pilates tomorrow. Still not fully back in the zone though and am having a beer now as today has been rather trying

Energy levels not great, need more bloods done, but managing 25 mins exercise, which is not a lot but enough to make me feel like I am doing something!Smile

Trying to decide to either go to gym, or shred again Smile

Evens at 10.3 from last Thursday which is I guess about right for not good/not bad Smile

25 mins sounds good loti. Could you do a nice walk in the fresh air (downpours permitting)? Fresh air always nice and get endorphins going.

Yes, tipping it down. Grrrrrr. Normally we park at the edge of the one way bit and walk 5 mins down to the school. Even that doesn't look appealing today Hmm

I am going to the gym for Pilates but should fit in a short run before then which will be nice.

I tweaked my knee today - rubbish. Luckily right at the end, so 1k run, 1hr circuits, took dd2 swimming.

Will be 4 weeks on Wednesday since I stopped smoking so am going to try and transfer my willpower to carb avoidance once the bank holiday weekend is over. At this rate I will have every pound I lost since Christmas to lose again

Rubbish weekend of eating rubbish due to grumpy dds Hmm and no official exercise.. Took the dds swimming and for an hours walk yest but that doesn't really count Confused

Need to get myself back on track as I don't seem to be eating anything of substance and just nibbling all day on crap food!

Dh has told me to go to the gym today to get out of the house and for a break but my motivation is not there, hoping that changes!!!

I'm feeling a LOT better now. The eating is still crap and the exercise non-existent, but I keep making plans for tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes and hopefully I'll get back into it soon before I'm the size of a house. I'm disappointed in myself that I'm not doing my 10K, but I haven't done any running since before the Easter hols, so even attempting to catch up with the training is stress that I really don't need right now.

Any tips for getting my head back into the game?

Sorry you have been down mychild but glad you are starting to feel a bit better. No advice on getting back in the game from me I'm afraid, got on the scales this morning and bar 0.5lb I have put every single fucking pound back on

That's 15.5lb in 5 weeks ShockShockShock and I can see them all Sad

No biscuits at playgroup today and going to have an omelette in a minute, hoping some serious low carbing will do the trick again...

Another bad weekend . Unfortunately my limited weight gain has made me continue my blase attitude to weekend food/drink Hmm

Ok today other than a flapjack and back to circuits tomorrow. However i have a girls night tomorrow night and a networking dinner on Thursday. Goes back to the 'well, what's the point, i may as well just stuff my face till then'. I shan't but not easy.

Fjorny - 15.5lb is bloody impressive!!!!! Grin. Sorry. Blush. Well done on the non-smoking though - that is even more impressive Smile

LOTI - hope you are holding up ok. Don't push the gym if you don't feel like it - take some time out in the sauna.

Blah blah. Bad here too. Camping this weekend so too much chocolate, bread and wine. Hovering around 10.4. Have stopped MFP - need to o back to weighing and logging.

Ha I knew you would be impressed octo Grin Never mind a brick, my belly looks and feels like it has a 6 months-along pregnancy in it!

Thankfully some of it was v temporary and am -3 today.

dig 10.4 is pretty damn good, especially after camping.

loti sorry to hear you are still feeling meh too.

I wonder if it's the crappy weather making us think it's winter, therefore we need hearty food rather than salad??? Anyway I have HAD ENOUGH. Bread is nice but not that nice, biscuits are not worth the extra calories, cake is yummy temporary pleasure followed by a fat arse.

Dig 10.4 is really good. You're allowed to defer your triathlon cos you've got an ow. I've cancelled deferred mine because I've been slacking majorly.

Loti well done on the not spending. But what's gotten you out of the gymming? You were so focussed before. What's changed, and how can you get back into it?

Fjorny -3.5....I'm jealous! I'm not going to weigh-in here...too embarrassed. I'm still weighing every day, and even the sight of the numbers going up each day isn't enough to snap me out of it. The scale hasn't gone down in about 2 weeks Blush and the rest.

Octo Could you do some extra push-ups for me? Grin I've been living in my fat jeans for the last two weeks. Need to sort it out or I'll have to buy even-fatter-jeans! Keep strong on the girls night and networking dinner.
