Boo for rubbish day Fjorn Sad. anything you want to unload here?

Well done on the down 1.5, pretty impressive!

I have cycled 6k (calf niggling i think from school walk yesterday so avoided the treadmill warm up) and done 1hr pilates.

Also, FINALLY i have waxed my legs, so expecting a 3lb loss tomorrow Grin. However as a reward for waxing them, i promised myself a bag of hula hoops Hmm

OctopusSting · 17/05/2012 20:51

Gah, I really fancy some Wine tonight, so had a bath and cuppa to divert attention.

DH has just said he fancies a beer

Calf still niggling so i am thinking i won't make circuits tomorrow anyway, so may as well have some Wine.

Talk me out of it!!!!!!!

luckoftheirish · 17/05/2012 21:41

Can't Octo already indulging BlushBlush

OctopusSting · 17/05/2012 22:41

Yes but you are allowed LOTI after your day.

I have had crisps and a rice crispie cake. I am NOT allowed. Especially as i am out for a boozy lunch afternoon tomorrow.

Anyhoo. I shall now polish my halo as i have had a warm ribena and cherry yoghurt. Phew.

Off to bed now, but I have just had to put deep heat on my calf muscle so circuits in the morning is out i think Sad. I do have my new insoles though, so ready to start running as soon as my calf/shin/knee/back allows.........

OctopusSting · 18/05/2012 07:08

FjorGynAndHotWater · 18/05/2012 08:25

-2.75 this week Grin also so only 6.5 to go to undo the not smoking damage!

Yay for -1.5 loti, especially brilliant after drinking Wine!

octo sorry to hear your calf is sore but well done on the booze avoidance. Hope you make up for it this afternoon Grin

MyChildDoesntNeedSleep · 18/05/2012 09:51

0lb loss -no shit, Sherlock Hmm

Right, I've written down all my measurements and made a six week plan, listing the goals I want to achieve. By 29/06/12 I shall look amazing and reward myself with some new clothes, ready for summer!

                                PLAN

Stick to 1400 calories a day and drink 1.5L water.
Minimal alcohol.
Do 30DS every day and ease back into my running 3 times a week.
Do Clinique 3 step twice a day (+superdefense cream in the morning) without fail.
Put foot cream on twice daily without fail.
Go to bed at 10pm, but definitely no later than 11pm. If you see me on here, yell at me to get my butt into bed!

luckoftheirish · 18/05/2012 13:19

Hurrah fjorny GrinGrinGrinGrin

My child that sounds like a good plan Smile do you want to lose just inches or pounds and inches? It looks like a very doable plan Smile

35 mins on stepper this am, gym buddy wants to re attempt us doing some toning later Grin we shall see, we may just end up drinking [tea] GrinGrin

MyChildDoesntNeedSleep · 18/05/2012 14:10

Hi LOTI. You're so good on the exercise front...I wish I had your dedication. Do you have any days off?

The goals I've written down are measurements rather than weight, but I do have fat to lose, so I'm thinking maybe about half a stone? I'm feeling very flabby at the moment Confused.

Shred done. Diet good so far. Just need to control the Wine tonight. Confused

Sorry, fjorn, missed the -2.75 in my self-indulgence...wow! Grin

luckoftheirish · 18/05/2012 14:21

Well done on the shred my child Smile you will get back into it Smile

Haven't really had any rest days recently but some days have only done v light exercise. I wanted to get my motivation back and I think I finally have Smile really enjoying what I am eating at the mo and doing the daily exercise allows me not to worry about the odd Wine or treat Smile

luckoftheirish · 18/05/2012 20:22

Gym buddy let me down again so wasn't going to bother, then dd1 decided she wanted to do tennis social! So another 40 mins on stepper and 5 on powerplate

Wine tonight!

MyChildDoesntNeedSleep · 18/05/2012 20:24

Go girl!

I've made sure to factor in Wine today, so am indulging but within cals so far.

MyChildDoesntNeedSleep · 19/05/2012 20:07

Day 2 of Shred done. Eating on track so far.

MyChildDoesntNeedSleep · 19/05/2012 20:09

I did Paul McKenna last night and keep visualising myself with a kick-ass body...its helping keep me on track.

luckoftheirish · 19/05/2012 21:16

My child that is awesome GrinGrinGrin can I have your diet plan pls Smile

luckoftheirish · 20/05/2012 10:31

15.23km on home bike in 28 mins Smile a sweaty horrible mess now Grin

MyChildDoesntNeedSleep · 20/05/2012 20:57

No diet plan...I've just been sticking to 1400 using MFP. But I've been eating sooo badly lately that it's probably not that surprising. TMI but I've been weeing for England this past couple of days. My body's going :"Thank God she seems to have stopped pigging out...we can get rid of all this extra water we've needed to process all the crap she's been eating!"

Watched my friend do the 10K today. It was so inspiring, I've decided to do it next year come hell or high water....NO EXCUSES! She burst into tears as she crossed the finish line. She'd only got up to running 2 miles before today,(wouldn't recommend that!) so I think now she truly understands why I wasn't happy to run it seeing as I hadn't done much training! The atmosphere was amazing, and my boys enjoyed it too. They want to do the kids race next year.

MyChildDoesntNeedSleep · 20/05/2012 20:59

Loti I'm not familiar with bike ride times, but 15.23K in 28 mins sounds brill! Can you give me some idea of what a cycling pace is equivalent to in running (if it's possible to extrapolate).
