Going well here, food-wise. Now on day 3 of new start, with no cheating, which I haven't managed in six weeks. I do feel a bit hungry/light-headed, though, but hopefully should start feeling better in the next couple of days.
Will do my second Shred session tonight...missed yesterday because I was just too shattered after work. I know....I shouldn't make excuses, but I really was exhausted!
