You lot! Over 'ere! Sorry for taking liberties with the previous thread: I am no good with suspense, and it was like looking at a gigantic throbbing pustulating boil and not being able to squeeze it

Hmmm I agree, but then I am a very cynical person...

Weather crap, stormy. Cuppa tea with dairy milk with an alpen light, and ML yoghurt then!

grinningbee · 28/06/2011 14:32

When I started SW at my heaviest, and I will admit it here - 17st 9.5lb - my first week loss was 7lb. You'd really have to be heavier than that or doing something drastic to lose 10lb in a week I would think... Hmm

Welcome back from birthdaying Hedge glad it was a good'un Smile

Cheese glad dd got the old "virus" diagnosis. It's annoying, but at least you know she'll be ok (even if your nose and washing machine may not be!).

This used to be the bit of the afternoon where I sat and had a cuppa, plus a chunky kitkat and maybe something else as well. I've just had a clementine and an apple instead

It is worth it though. Not that I'm giving anything away today GrinWink Oh, and Somebody Noticed that I had lost weight on Sunday. How pleased was I Grin

Forgot to add - 2 stone in a month??? Smells fishy to me unless the consultant was very very very large.

Hedgepig · 28/06/2011 14:41

I was 14st 11lb when I started and lost 6lb the 1st week, I thought is only have to diet for a few weeks to loose my 4 1/2 stones Grin

The weather is awful here, 3 houses have been struck by lightning. One down the road from us has been badly damaged, luckily no one was home. If I had chocolate I would eat it out of fright!

grinningbee · 28/06/2011 14:43

I really hope nobody minds, but I saw we were getting very close to the 1000 post mark, so I have taken the liberty of making another thread. If the title sucks, I'm sorry!

grinningbee · 28/06/2011 14:45
