Think there must be something in the air, as I have been spring cleaning all morning, then come on here, to see that everybody is doing the same. Mind you it burns off calories doing housework.
Know what you mean Dinky reference the exercise DVDs, Ive got the shred, started it last week, but so far I've oly managed it every other day, there always seems to be other stuff to do. However, I do go out with the pram and dog everyday for a nice walk. I must motivate myself to do the shred everyday 
Buda, I agree with you on the flavoured yoghurt versus plain with fresh fruit, the latter being far better for you, as the sugars in the fruit yoghurt will be synthetic and hard for the liver to process. Oh give me fresh strawberries any day, yum yum.
