Day 30 Level 3 Done.
After 30 days here are the results:

So, although I have only lost weight on my hips, tummy and waist, and one thigh! and put on half a kilo, I am quite happy with this. Because I look leaner and toned. I look healthier in my face and people tell me I look great and vibrant. I have not dieted and had to contend with the xmas holidays. But I did the 30 day shred every single day with no day off. I only relapsed a couple of days ago when I did not complete the last 3 minutes. So I am pretty proud of myself, because I have NEVER stuck to anything for 30 days.
I am going to take this up to the next level now, I have decided to do level 1 Monday to Friday, Level 2 the next week and Level 3 the next week after. On a Saturday I will do another dvd but one that takes an hour. But I will continue with the shred 5 days a week. I really like Jillian. I got bored of level 3, it seemed to take ages. But maybe after 20 days or so you do find the whole regime a bit tiresome and just keep looking to completing it.
I am not the biggest loser by far. But I am fitter, and I am happy with this result.
Continuing with the shred, along with dieting and portion control, I hope to start to lose the weight and get my weight down to my target of 65 kilos by May this year.
