sunnyside · 31/08/2005 19:57

Weigh in tomorrow? I don't mind whether we post weight or amount to lose or whatever... perhaps we should do whatever we individually feel happy with. It's support we can help with the numbers don't matter I suppose. What do you think?

dabihp · 31/08/2005 20:00

so, what 'diet' are ye all sticking too?

OP posts:
sunnyside · 31/08/2005 20:04

I've done WW before and it really works if you do point everything or stick to the Switch thing. I'm going to start there I think so just healthier eating, tons of water and a smaller plate. Last time I found that drinking water (at least 2litres) a day had the biggest effect. I just need to practise what I'm preaching, unfortunately when it comes to food I don't find it easy. Theory: A. Practical: Crap!

jamboure · 31/08/2005 20:23

I lost just under a stone in 9 weeks on calorie count diet.

Back to comfort eating and need a kick up the jacksy to get back into it

KateF · 31/08/2005 20:33

See you all tomorrow then!

Ok-this morning I am 12.13. Started at 14.2 on June 6th so I'm quite pleased. Has been harder in holidays because of going out, picnics etc.

sweetbean · 01/09/2005 10:35

KateF · 01/09/2005 10:49

What diet are you on edgetop? I started at needing to lose about 41/2 stone so we are both in it for the long haul!

compo · 01/09/2005 10:53

Hi, can I join too. I'm 10st4 this morning. Was about 9st4 before got pregnant with ds 2 years ago My problem os overeating when at home all day and not doing enough exercise. I've decided to cut out carbs at lunch time and have salad and fish instead. It worked on the lead up to my wedding!! Although I was younger and much less saggy then!

sanchpanch · 01/09/2005 12:45

i weighed 15.5 this morning argghhhh, but 2 stone less than what i was 2 months ago Yippee

KateF · 01/09/2005 12:47

2 stone in 2 months is great going. Well done!

sweetbean · 01/09/2005 13:58

Sanchpanch
WELL DONE[GRIN] 2 stone in two months is fantastic what are you doing to achevie that ???????

sweetbean · 01/09/2005 13:59

That should have been a not a [GRIN] x

dabihp · 01/09/2005 14:12

ok, here goes...
I was 15.7 this morning. - I blame pregnancy! So i guess I am here for long haul too, I would like to be 10st (ideally 8 but lets be realistic) First goal is 13.7 by Xmas, I figure its 15 weeks away, so 2lb a week.. I am gonna do somehting ba\sed on weightwatchers switch, but i am guessing that anyhting that doesnt included copious amoutns of chocolate a day is gonna be a big help!!
