I really, really hate being the weight I am too. I feel like such a frump. I have vowed not to buy any more winter clothes as I have a whole wardrobe full of clothes that I can't get into. I am determined to get into them by end of the year.
I am not a drinker but I just love food. My vices are everything - choc, crisps, bread, icecream and esp cheese. Love the stuff. My prob is that if something is there, I'll eat it. I've always had a big appetite and thought nothing of having a large pizza or a whole tub of icecream and now I have to stop myself. Its hard.
Have you tried swapping your glass of wine for a spritzer? Or limit yourself to 1/2 the amount you would normally have?
I think its a good idea to try to get back on the diet and then weigh yourself - hopefully you'll get a nice surprise!
