Not due on or up the duff,and i haven't been eating choclate (polish my haylo)
But it could be bread !!!!! so i will try and cut down,i just feel so horrible about my self and feel like cutting my post baby fabby stomach of with a sharp knife !!!!!

Well i didn't forget that yesterday was weigh day but to be honest i feel so down that if i look at the sacles and they say i have put on i may be do somyhing drastick so i am not weighing this week

Aah Sweetbean, I know exactly how you feel. My baby belly is a huge soft flabby mass that I wish I could cut off too! (as is my post baby butt, thighs, arms...etc!)
Do you do any exercise?
I've started to do sit ups every morning and am doing long walks.
Its the start of a new week so that means a fresh start! Good luck to me and everybody else too!

hello am joining you all on a bid to lose 1-2 stone weighed myself today 10st 6lb! christ was kidding myself thought i was 10st!! and that was bad enough have booked myself into 3 keepfit classes this week starting tomorrow GOOD LUCK TO ALL my diet starts today 3 meals a day small portions 3 pieces of fruit to snack on and loads of water fingers crossed

Hi there! Well, I've lost 3lbs (down to 11.4)in the past 2 weeks and have been trying harder this week. I've done about 6miles of walking this week with the buggy. I've stuck to 3 meals a day and snacks of fruit. Am really trying hard to stick to it as am so sick of having nothing to wear as all my clothes are 3 sizes too small!!!

hi i have a 15 month old i tried every diet and nothing worked so i ate whatever i wanted but excersised every day by walking swimming i even turned my household chores into exercise now i'm thinner than i was befor i fell pregnant

Me too, Sweetbean!
Well, you can tell me how you're doing. I've gained 2lbs due to a lavish long weekend at my mums but I'm back on the diet again and did well yesterday. Walked 3 miles too. I bought a whole load of veg to make a low cal soup for my lunches and am sticking to smaller and healthy dinners.
How are you doing?

doing ribbish feeling crap but ........ is so lovely to share it with someone my be i can get inspired again now !!!!
i really do want to lose weight as i hate being the weight i am (12st )but i am addicted to wine and i don't want to give it up what about you do you have any vices ?
Oh and i have decided that i'm not going to weigh for a while as i am becoming demotivated when i see that i have put on or just not lost anything at all
Well i do feel more positive knowing that i can post on this tread and get a responce so i hope to be posting alot more now !

I really, really hate being the weight I am too. I feel like such a frump. I have vowed not to buy any more winter clothes as I have a whole wardrobe full of clothes that I can't get into. I am determined to get into them by end of the year.
I am not a drinker but I just love food. My vices are everything - choc, crisps, bread, icecream and esp cheese. Love the stuff. My prob is that if something is there, I'll eat it. I've always had a big appetite and thought nothing of having a large pizza or a whole tub of icecream and now I have to stop myself. Its hard.
Have you tried swapping your glass of wine for a spritzer? Or limit yourself to 1/2 the amount you would normally have?
I think its a good idea to try to get back on the diet and then weigh yourself - hopefully you'll get a nice surprise!

Ok so my exscuse is that my pc totaly broke and its taken this long to fix it,really i have just 1 mimute and 25 secs ago got it back and still sai is the last to write thats rubbish ladies !!!!!

The only thing I have found that works for me is to eat a lot less (particularly carbs), fill up on veg and fruit and exercise a lot more. Why, oh why, can't there be a decent diet where you have to eat cream cakes, decent chocolate and chips dipped in mayo, whilst lounging around in your pj's?

Well, I have bought a pair of jeans in the next size down! Woohoo!
And they fit very nicely, thank you very much. Not tight at all.
(Dh said my other ones were getting too big and I looked like I had a saggy arse!)
I'm still doing ok with the diet but haven't done much exercise recently except my daily sit-ups.
What about you?

not a lot of exercise hear realy, just some walks hear and there but am just feeling so much more positive now im not weighing all the time, i didn't realise just how badly i was effecting me dreading to get on the scales for the whole week and then finding out that i had not lost anything or worst put on so now i am not weighing a don't loss heart and eat chocolate
Well done on you jeans there is no better feeling than buying new cloths in a smaller size good for you hun keep it up! xxx

I am the same. I keep getting disheartened as my weight loss is so slow. Its definitely better to go by how your clothes fit.
Walking is excellent exercise.
You sound like you're doing really well so keep it up!
