Anyone else waiting for this? I am, let’s start a thread to see how we all get on. I have two stone to lose. My DH said yesterday that ‘I am a bit plump’. Upset, though it’s true.

I used Boots as they did a one off deal with no subscription, which I preferred as I wanted to see how it went first. I had to upload my passport and then photos from the front and side in close fitting clothes. I was wearing leggings and a crop top style bra top. No mention of underwear or swimwear at all.

@HurrahforHollywood did it specifically state photos in underwear/swimwear or just close fitting clothes? Baggy and black often seems to cause an issue as they can’t see your shape or if you’ve concealed any weights/padding underneath.

I just skim read it to be honest. It really puts me off. It annoys me that they took my money before I was verified.. I suppose I will just have to do it Also how do you take a photo of yourself from three feet away?!

Why does it put you off? They need to be strict. I wouldn’t want to buy the pills from anyone who wasn’t asking for passport and photos.

Im on day 5 and id say today is the first day ive noticed a very small reduction in appetite, hoping it reduces more soon!
i got mine from Voy and paid a bit more to be on a 1 month at a time contract

Your phone camera has a timer. You need to abide by the rules or risk getting them from goodness knows where.

Go with a different provider. There are others that are cheaper than Bolt anyway, or similarly priced. Zava are currently a couple of quid cheaper than Bolt. They will ask for photos or video as well though, it’s been a long while since I’ve ordered with them so I don’t know what their current process is for verifying BMI.

I would hate the idea of sending photos of myself in pants too! SheMed didn't ask for photos, they just did a quick video call in which I had to weigh myself and show passport and answer a few questions. It was fine.

I’ve just placed my order with Bolt. Can anyone tell me how long g it took from placing your order to it being approved and you receiving your tablets. Thank you

I get my pills from Voy. The photo just had to be fitted clothes so I wore leggings and a vest top.

I ordered on Monday around 8pm, added photos etc. Got approved Tuesday morning, they were dispatched later that day. I received them this morning so it's a really quick turnaround 🤗

Day 4 for me! Ordered from Med Express, previously tried MJ but only did one jab and it made me feel awful and I couldn’t eat at all so I stopped. This is has been much better so far- my appetite has reduced but not as extreme as MJ so eating 2 healthy meals a day and a snack. Have lost 4lb so far (starting at 15st 2 and 5ft 5) 😀

Day 1 for me. Not feeling hungry for breakfast but am definitely ready for lunch now! Minimum two stone to go and possibly one more. My worry is at 60 is that I dont' want to look too haggard.

Hi everyone, Day 3 for me, I felt so hungry, made ac small fruit yogurt bowl but didn't feel like finishing it, Im eating a lot slower but really enjoy it. Im usually full of aches and pains and have to sit down for a bit when doing jobs at home but yesterday, I did far more than Id normally do, I am so grateful theres no pain at all. Maybe its a combination of the tablet and the spices I add but I feel so much better.

Day 3 for me, subtle changes I would say. Not as hungry and struggling to eat. Today I have had a nectarine and 3 bits of sushi and feel uncomfortably full.
Food noise I do still get, I never had it a huge amount but if I went into the kitchen to make a cuppa in the evening I would normally also come back with crisps or biscuits, I have still had the thought but not wanted to actually eat the food.
My husband is taking meds as well, he said that he isn't as hungry and good isn't as exciting as it normally is. He was at a work event last night and had an alcoholic drink which he said wasn't as nice as normal either.

Day 5. No negative symptoms. I had a few spoons of Greek yoghurt for breakfast and half a pot of couscous, falafel and halloumi for lunch. Not hungry at all, just having to remember to eat at mealtimes.

Is everyone starting on 1.5mg? I failed badly with Mounjaro because of side effects. Started the pill this morning but can't tell i took it - which is good in one way but no impact on appetite yet!

I'm on the 1.5. Bar mild headaches now and then I've not felt any side effects. Foodwise I think day 4 was when I noticed it (I'm on day 5). I could not eat the meal in front of me. I felt full and didn't need to snack later on either.

Day 5 for me, feeling good now and my appetite has definitely reduced! The food noise is still very much there, but when I actually think about eating, I don't fancy anything! Unfortunately I've also gone off drinking anything at all too... Really having to force myself to drink. But so far, I'm happy.

I've been up and down with appetite suppression, some days it's really strong and others I still feel quite peckish. Yesterday
I ate 1400 calories and genuinely wasn't hungry for anything else, normally I would have been ravenous. I haven't lost any weight yet, but my period is on its way so not surprising really.

Finally unhiding the WLI threads now I'm able to afford the pill 😁
Day 3 of 1.5mg. No side effects except slight headache and tiredness, but I'm used to that.
I feel more full even on the first dose, which I wasn't really expecting. I'm terrified of getting pancreatitis but I have to try this, my BMI is huge 😞

I don't mind the fasting, the hardest thing for me is no drinking over those 8 hours (water)

@Pimpi it hadn't even occurred to me not to drink water in those 8 hours. I drink when I wake at 1 am (or whatever) and don't think twice about it. I assumed empty stomach was just food / something will take your system a while to digest and water doesn't count. I'm on day 9 so far and can feel good effects from the pill (no side effects, reduction in food noise and appetite but still able to eat three (smaller) healthy meals a day and a decent snack and have lost weight so will carry on doing what I'm doing ....)
