Only 1lb loss this week, a little disappointed but a loss is a loss. Think I probably haven't drunk enough water.

SW 18st 8lb
CW 12st 4lb
12.5mg

Everyone is doing so well. Im still aiming for the 11st bracket, going to aim to hit this in 2 weeks. Still no overall end weight in mind. BMI wise for my height is 8st to 10st 10lb. I would look really bad at 8st so going for the higher end as I think i have at least some pounds in loose skin as well. Im loving looking at clothes now and wish I had an event to shop for.

It's my 1 year anniversary today!!!!!

Another 2lb off and 2.5kg off final goal of 65kg but I plan to go down to around 60kg to give me some leeway for maintenance.

Still on 5mg.

I have a serious clothes problem now, most things are too baggy, especially bras, I lost a huge amount in cup size.

Only issue, an old back problem resurfaced - "you lost your support fat" was the joking comment of my physio.

I hope to have another good month as we are off to Italy end of August for 2 weeks.

Hello,

I arrived home at 4am this morning. Weighed when I got home and went from 9st to 9st5.1lbs
i’m actually really happy with that as my last holiday I came home 9st10lb😂 hopefully get most of it off this first week back, I upped to 3.75mg this morning and boy am I feeling the effects. Feeling very sick, also already exhausted as I’ve had 3 hours sleep so I’ve came to bed already for an early night while daddy has a movie night (Toy Story marathon) with the kiddies downstairs.

I didn’t jab last Friday as I planned too but I drank water all week and actually ate more fruit than pasta/pizza/chips like last month, it was 40+ degrees and I actually couldn’t stomach hot food. So I’m hoping this weight gain is just some water. My leg with the ankle replacement has swollen quite badly from flying so I’m hoping that’s harbouring the 5lbs of fluid hahaha.

time will tell next Friday weigh in.
back to it now and get this remaining 12lbs gone, I don’t have a time scale set in mind, I think if I aim for my daughters birthday in September, that’ll maybe be realistic. If I say Christmas, I’ll think “oh I’ve ages yet” and maybe have a snack or two lol!
xx

@Wellfuckmethat’s good steady progress. I would look awful if I went to the lower end of the BMI calculation too. I am under 2kg from the top end but there is almost a 40lb difference from the top to the bottom!

Happy Anniversary @reluctantbrit🥳. What a difference a year can make.
It’s definitely time to treat yourself to some new bras I think. I am down 3 back sizes but only one cup size as the fit is different even though my boobs are definitely smaller.
Sorry to hear your back is playing up though.

Hope the holiday was great @sfraxx.

@SkinnyOatFlatWhiteForMePlease It's more annoying than really painful but I had to laugh when my physio commented on the weightloss.

I started with a 38H/38HH cup size, in a way I am not too sad to have lost volume as it was really an issue especially when it was warm in Summer.

I am not hung up on numbers, I know that you get bigger cup sizes when you reduce band ones.

Happy anniversary @reluctantbrit, it was my one year anniversary yesterday too. It's amazing the difference a year can make. It sounds like you definitely need to treat yourself to some new clothes.

I'd been making do with my old big clothes until recently (all I'd bought up until a month or two was new knickers and tights) but went out and tested myself to some new summer clothes, bras and pyjamas.

I'm at my goal weight now, having lost 4 stone 8 lb (29kg). I'm quite happy where I am now, I feel so much healthier and my BMI is 22.9, I would mind losing another half a stone but worry I won't be able to sustain that weight long term. I've started moving down doses, I dropped from 10mg to 7.5 two months ago and will drop down to 5mg next week.

The only thing I dislike about my current appearance now is my hair. I had beautiful thick hair before I started and I have lost so much of it 😔. My ponytail is less than half the thickness it used to be and I can see my scalp so badly along my parting and hairline, I hate it. I've tried to eat enough protein, take collagen, biotin, pumpkin seed oil and a general multivitamin. I use a scalp serum to help with hair growth but nothing has worked. I really hope I get some new hair growth as I stop losing weight and drop down through the doses. I've lost a lot of weight more rapidly than this before and never had hair loss so am convinced it is the medication causing it rather than weight loss itself. Is anyone else having problems with hair loss?

I was a 38H and now a 32GG in a completely different style of bra. Have about 8-14lbs to lose so just got one really good one I am currently washing so often it’s embarrassing 🫣🤣.

Oh no @NeedSleepNow. That really sounds difficult. I have fine hair so hair loss was my worst fear but nothing happened to me. But I am still on 5mg, maybe the higher the dose the more the problem.

I hope it will recover when you go down for maintenance.

SkinnyOatFlatWhiteForMePlease · 28/07/2026 09:32

One year ago today I started and I am 5 stone and 1 pound lighter today. Still not at goal and the goal will probably change but I feel like a different person.

SW 222lbs
CW 151lbs
GW 147lbs

I started noticing the difference after about 6 months, which was probably after I'd gone up to 7.5mg, I'm really hoping some of it grows back as I move back down the doses.

Happy anniversary @SkinnyOatFlatWhiteForMePlease that's a great loss so far and you're almost at goal. You'll be there before you know it

Wellfuckme · 01/08/2026 09:28

3lb off this week. Almost in the 11st bracket. Keep fingers crossed I can do it next week. As I'm on 12.5mg, have decided to start moving down dosages so ordered a 10mg pen as only have 1 more dose at 12.5mg.

Good morning everyone,

weighed in this morning and 4lbs down.
so almost lost all my holiday weight lol.

9st5.1lbs down to 9st1.1lbs.
Ive had a tough week with being unwell with a severe uti, and being on meds and unable to get out of my bed. But feeling a bit more normal today, thankfully. I suffer these badly but always get a rough one about once a year🤦🏽‍♀️

jab day today, and hopefully I can be back down to the 8st bracket next week but I won’t get my hopes up lol.

SW - 13st11.9lbs
CW - 9st1.1lbs
GW - 8st7lbs
