A supportive, idea-sharing thread for those with more than 5 stone/30kg to lose. We're a mixture of newbies, nearly theres, there and maintaining and we know what it's like to have what can seem like a mountain to climb - but we also know we can do it!

Nothing is off topic except referral codes 😊

So glad you have had your surgery @Reginaphalangeeeee, please be kind to yourself and ignore the scales for now - let your mind and body recover. And seven, SEVEN stones weight loss is fan-bloody-tastic!

SW: 15st 5.5lb
CW: 9st 5lb
Loss: 84.5lb
Current BMI: 23.2
Target Weight 1: 12st 1lb (overweight BMI) - Achieved!
Target Weight 2: 10st 1lb (healthy BMI) - Achieved!
Target Weight 3: 9st 5.5lb (6st loss) - Achieved!
Final Target: 8st 8lb - 9st 1lb (I think...)

Another target achieved, very much on the final stretch now. Hoping everyone is enjoying this glorious weather. For the first time in I don't know how long, I can say I am loving this heat; I don't feel hot and uncomfortable, heat rashes are a thing of the past and my thighs no longer rub together - in fact, the gym work is paying off and I now have a thigh gap! Today, I wore this dress in a size 10, SIZE TEN, and I felt absolutely amazing!

Mounjaro really has changed my life and I am so grateful - yes it has cost a lot with DH and I both being on it (and we have had to sacrifice elsewhere), but I'd pay it ten-fold to feel the way I do now. DH feels the same - we are literally a fraction of our former selves!

OMG @QueenOfHiraeth I would swap your size for mine any day of the week! Ridiculous, as we're never happy with what we've got 🤦‍♀️😁 I wish wish wish my top half was smaller - I saw an article on the BBC news app this week about more women getting breast reductions and I soooo would if I had the money... I think I'm about a 34HH now - just wish I was a 34D, but realistically think with luck I might get to a 34G in the end..? 🤦‍♀️

I realise this is a first world problem though...! Onwards and downwards 😊💪😊💪😊💪

@MooBaggage You are right, we are never happy with our shape.
I am very wobbly from neck to knees (I blame it on my age but it is also lack of exercise) and realised today that I look as though I'm wearing inflatable knickers because the bit of me between my waist and the top of my legs is the one bit that hasn't shrunk much.

I really need to clamber back onto the wagon as I am just wasting time and undermining myself now. I have about half a stone to get into the healthy weight category and I really need to exercise but just seem to lack the time and the oomph to do it. I started my 3 day reset last week and did ok but have not managed to keep it up since.
