I just started mounjaro today.

I'm really interested to hear how much weight you have lost on Mounjaro.

Hiya! I was 19st in June '25 and am currently 15st. Mounjaro is melting it off of me and im only on 10mg til mid month My life has changed dramatically especially my mental state of mind. It's quite game changer and also been off alcohol, soda, bread, junk food and walking 30 min a few times a week.

Scarlettpixie · 02/11/2025 15:05

3 stone 12 in a year. My losses have really slowed down now but I keep getting a new number on the scales so it's all good. I need to give up alcohol which I am planning to do for January, maybe longer. Or I may just give up drinking at home. Food wise I do great but then a few nights a week I blow 300+ calories on wine which is affecting my losses!

2 stone to go although I might come off once I have shifted another stone due to the cost of MJ.

Polly199068 · 02/11/2025 15:08

3st, very gradually over a year on the lowest dose with no side effects. Staying off well too

DottyMcDiet · 02/11/2025 15:19

I started in May and have lost 26kg or 4 stone.
Unfortunately I still have to lose the same amount to get to a healthy BMI.

SnaccidentsHappen · 02/11/2025 15:32

Since Jan 25, 43/44lbs

northernlight20 · 02/11/2025 16:52

Started in March and have lost 5st 9lbs, 2st to go. Which I’m hoping I’ll get to by Christmas.

Goinghome25 · 02/11/2025 18:48

Posted on this thread back in June when I had lost 37lbs in 7 months.
Im now at bmi 24.1
Total loss 48lbs 🙂

maintained at goal for 6 weeks now.

Fatmumslim01 · 02/11/2025 19:06

I posted on this thread back in July that I was 14 weeks in and had lost 23 pounds. Happy to report I'm now 32 weeks in and I've lost 42 pounds! Another 2-3 stone to go!

MzHz · 02/11/2025 19:09

July 2024 til now, 34 kg

size 20 to a loose 10.

6kg until target

this process has transformed my life in every way possible

sure it’s hard at the beginning and sometimes when you stall a bit

BUT KEEP ON GOING @Boliviabae

Overtheatlantic · 02/11/2025 19:10

15 weeks on Mounjaro and lost 2 stone as of today. I’m 57 years old and I’m 162cm.

randomgeneratedusername1 · 02/11/2025 19:13

I have been on mounjaro for 4 months have lost 2stone 9lbs quite slowly compared to some but from size 16/18 to comfy size 12. No major side effects and no hair loss . At least 3 litres of water a day , electrolytes. Plenty of protein .
Good luck on your mounjaro journey !!

Placestogo · 02/11/2025 19:14

I have lost a few lbs short of 3 stones since mid may! Another 2 to go… im 49yo and 1m68

DickDewey · 02/11/2025 19:18

I went from 188 pounds to (currently) 132, so 56 pounds (4 stone). I’m 5’8.5. My starting bmi was 24, it’s now 20. I think it took about 7 months.

Best thing ever. I hadn’t been fat for long, maybe one year properly porky and 3 years heading that way.

ViolaPlains · 02/11/2025 20:02

5st 9lbs since 4th May 2024. Best thing I’ve done. I’m back down to 5mg now as I titrate down/off.

pterodactylpinky · 02/11/2025 21:00

Just over 7 stone in a year.

Changingnameagain · 09/11/2025 17:08

Hit 6 stone mark on Friday. Started beginning of January. Never increased beyond 5mg.
Gone from a size 22 to size 14/16.
2 stone to go to hit target. It has got increasingly slower in last 8 weeks or so and Ive contemplated increasing dosage but the new prices have put an end to that option.

narkyspirit · 09/11/2025 17:35

I have lost 41.5 Lbs since beginning of Feb, i've been stuck here for the last few weeks I'd like to drop another 1/2 stone before Christmas.

I'm 5ft 3 with a starting BMI at 37.2 now 29.7 BMI

Scarlettpixie · 09/11/2025 19:44

I have lost 4 stone 2 pounds in just over a year. 24% of my body weight! Just under 2 stone to go :)

LeBelleEpoque · 09/11/2025 20:10

5’1
On week 7 dose and have lost a stone. Hoping to change my front number this week.

JBJ · 09/11/2025 21:56

6.5st since first week in February. Also gained a load of gallstones unfortunately! Still about 3st off my ideal weight, or 4st to be a healthy BMI

silverdoorframe · 10/11/2025 09:10

I’ve been on it since May and have lost 2 stone, 4lbs. I average 1.3lbs loss per week and I also have 1 semi cheat day where I have a few drinks and don’t count calories. Having said that, I did actually count calories on that day last week and was surprised to see that it only came to 1600 (my maintenance calories) so I’m obviously eating/nibbling a lot less than before.

Keeping in the ‘cheat day’ mindset is probably not healthy but at the moment it works for me. The rest of the time my diet is really good, prioritises protein and veg, lots of water and comes in at around 1100 cals a day.

I’ve never successfully lost weight before on this level. It’s completely transformed everything and even though I’ve still got 3 stone to go, I feel so, so much better.

PermanentTemporary · 10/11/2025 09:17

About 23kg in about 14 months (it fluctuates a little). 6.5kg or so to go to a healthy BMI, and now I am losing about a kg a month give or take. Quite a lot of negative side effects but I have got better at not triggering them and have stayed off the top doses after struggling with them.

ByLemonFish · 10/11/2025 09:22

I started last weekend in May. I've lost 22lbs. BMI is 27
Weightloss has slowed down in last month but I think that's because I'm drinking wine again, so no more wine from today
I'm in size 12 clothes so very happy

Dutchhouse14 · 10/11/2025 13:56

Mines been slower than most age, sex and height against me!

Started 19th May 2025 82.5 kg
Today 10th November 68.5kg
Target to get in healthy bmi with a bit of a buffer-58.5 kg
So 14kg loss over 25 weeks and 10kg to go.....
54 year old female, 5 foot 2. Full time office job.
My TDEE calories are only about 1100😭, it's tough and slow progress but moving in right direction.
Mounjaro helps make low calorie intake sustainable as it reduces appetite and cuts out food noise (most of the time).
It would be incredibly difficult to do it without Mounjaro.
My advise to any women is to lose the weight before menopause!

ByLemonFish · 17/11/2025 10:59

Has anyone noticed a slowing down in weight loss now it's getting colder?
I was doing quite well, losing 1- 2lbs a week since end of May
Since clocks changed I'm craving carbs, snacking in the evening and I've gained 2lbs this week. Maybe need to increase to 7.5mg
