I just started mounjaro today.

I'm really interested to hear how much weight you have lost on Mounjaro.

OP posts:

8st 12lbs so far, since the start of July last year, 40% of my starting weight. Still going as I’ve got another 3 stone ish to go before I get to my target weight.

surreygirl1987 · 27/06/2025 20:03

More than 5 stone so far. One stone to go. No loose skin. Chuffed to bits.

Marble10 · 27/06/2025 20:08

13kg so far, people have started to notice and say I’ve lost a lot of weight and think my colleagues are suspicious that it’s mounjaro 🤫

HansHolbein · 27/06/2025 20:15

7st 6lbs/104lbs/47kg since October.

Time4changeagain · 27/06/2025 20:24

6st 7lb since June last year, BMI now 22.1. I’ve got a bit of loose skin at top of thighs & arms but I can live with that.

NewbieMJ · 27/06/2025 20:34

4 stone 11 down since Sept. I lose slowly - about 7 pounds a month. Age 54, 3 stone 3 to go. Not much loose skin (front of thighs and upper arms, but really not that bad and way better than fat thighs and upper arms) but nowhere else, but that may change. It is easy. I eat nutritious food and feel like a completely different person mentally and physically.

Kwean · 27/06/2025 20:36

Started on 1st April @ BMI 33 13st 4lb / 84kg

12 weeks later have lost 15kg / 2st 5lb BMI now 27 and weight 11stone.

Its about 1 kg per week. I am doing IF and have mostly lost belly fat so far.
I have another 10kgs to go to goal weight 9st 6lb which is BMI of 23.

Gill123789 · 27/06/2025 20:36

On week 12 and about to hit the 2 stone mark. I‘m not losing as fast as others seem to, but I’m ok with that.

Isobel201 · 27/06/2025 20:39

SW 19 st end of March this year.
CW 17 11 as of 20th June.
My current goal to get on a horse simulator is 16 stone, I'm going to move the goals as I get to them.

OddSocksAreCool · 27/06/2025 20:41

Much less than others, 42lbs, started June 2024, starting weight 206lbs and now 165lbs, I'm 4ft 11".

waitingforlifeonmars · 27/06/2025 20:53

WeAllHaveWings · 27/06/2025 19:26

End of week - 52 (5 x 2.5mg, 47 x 3.75mg)
SW - 21st 5lbs BMI 44.8
CW - 13st 09lbs BMI 28.6
Losses (2024) - 10,2,2,4,1,3,3,3,1,3,2,2,3,3,2,3,3,2,1,4,0,2,3,3,1,4,0
Losses (2025) - 0,3,2,1,3,1,1,0,2,3,3,-1,3,2,2,1,2,2,1,1,0,3,0,1,2
Total loss - 7st 10lbs (108lbs), 36.1%

Haven't quite worked out what my final target will be, I am mid 50s and will have a bit of loose skin, BMI 25 will be 11st 13lbs so another 1-2st to go, will decide final goal weight once I get there!

Thank you, I find this useful, especially with the doses added. I’m hoping to stay on low doses and do slow but steady.

12purplepencils · 27/06/2025 21:17

Just under 3 stone, in a year. Nice and slow which I'm happy with and pretty much at target weight

daffodilandtulip · 27/06/2025 21:22

5st 5lb (34kg)
39% of my body weight

I've also lost:
Palpitations
Leg oedema
Insomnia
Dizziness
Breathlessness
Plantar fasciitis
Snoring
Numbness in hands
And halved my resting heart rate

lapuf · 27/06/2025 21:26

Lost pretty much 3st, down to 8st11 now. 25% of my body weight since late October, I phased out the jabs for surgery and a holiday in April/early may then have had one last pen to lose the last few lbs and maintain for the last six weeks

littleburn · 27/06/2025 21:28

35lb (20% of my body weight) in 7 months, bringing me into the healthy BMI range. Now on a maintenance dose.

GonnaeNoDaeThatJustGonnaeNo · 27/06/2025 21:29

Over 5 stone now. Just one more to go.

ive lost 28% of my body weight

GonnaeNoDaeThatJustGonnaeNo · 27/06/2025 21:31

hooverbob · 27/06/2025 19:43

Wow some amazing losses? What is the loose skin like can I ask?

Im fine apart from my c section shelf

AnneElliott · 27/06/2025 21:36

Nearly 6 stone since Aug 2024.

autumn1610 · 27/06/2025 21:48

slow looser here…I have really had to build the dose up to get suppression annoyingly so now on my 3rd 10mg pen which gives me enough I think however still not super strong. My average loss is about 1.5lbs a week.

feb 25 - 13st 10lbs (BMI 33)
today - 12st 1lb (BMI 28)
total loss - 22lb

My first goal is another 8lbs as that takes me to a weight I know I’ve previously maintained well and liked my shape etc and a BMI just over 26. My aim is to get to a weight I can maintain easily not necessarily be the lightest and then put it back on when I struggle to maintain. Ultimately I’m probably looking to get to about 11st which would probably put me about a size 12 currently 14

CautiousLurker01 · 27/06/2025 21:53

6.5st over 15months (ozempic at the start then MJ), kept off for a year now on a maintenance dose. I’ll probably remain on it as I am post menopausal, hypothyroid and insulin resistant. My 17yo has lost 5.25st over 10months. We’re hoping he will be able to titrate off completely as he has lost quickly and easily, doesn’t have the female issues that I have, and is young. 🤞

notag · 27/06/2025 22:23

Almost eight stone in one year

Lillipops · 28/06/2025 00:12

Since 1st September 2024…5 stone 8lbs! I’m 5 ft 3so my bmi was 59.9 now 44.5. 77.5lbs lost. Game changer ❤️

Redlightbulb · 28/06/2025 00:38

5 stone since last Aug with 4 stone to go.

Mounjane · 28/06/2025 06:31

November 2024. From 16.13 to 12.1 so nearly 5 stone.
The best thing I have ever done. I was in a complete slump, I was in a mess with my lifestyle and eating habits. My knees hurt, kept getting a pain in my big toe (randomly), to be honest it had started to hurt going up the stairs. In my late 30's.
I feel like how I should be now. So much healthier and happier in myself. The only bad points are my hair has definitely gone a lot thinner, which I am working on with supplements. However, I'm not as careful as others with the protein- I should eat a lot more so I think that's would have helped. I need to try increase it.

Wallywobbles · 28/06/2025 06:45

August 24 - I’ve lost a total of 25kg but had lost some of that before I started MJ
