Thank you for allowing me to rant, share our ups and downs. Our group blows my mind of how we are so supportive of each other.
Some of us are now hitting the 12 week mark, some of us are nearly at their goal, some halfway and some still have a way to go, but we are all losing even if it’s half a pound a week. We have all come so far and are making a difference to our health.

Thread 6 blows my mind

My provider has run out of MJ. I’m just going to have to suck up the price increase as I don’t need another pen til Sept anyway - I was in the 12s this morning and I do want to lose another 25lbs. I am not keen to pay £300 though! So I hope I can get some facts on prices from the provider soon.

Got an email from my provider stating that they have stopped all promo codes and also put a hold on new orders to back log which can take up to a week

they also mentioned that they are in negotiations and the new reported prices may not come into effect.

glad my 12.5 mg pen at least is out for delivery . And that I ordered on Wednesday .

think the 15mg I ordered from the other provider will be stopped due to massive discount code I used but let’s see

I would not recommend it as a method of weight loss but I've been ill this week so appetite even lower and I've lost 2lbs. I wouldn't normally record it as it'll purely be because I've been unwell HOWEVER it takes me into the tens (just) at 10st 13lbs and into a healthy BMI range (again, only just at 24.9.)

That is massive for me as the last time my weight started with a 10 and I was a healthy BMI was when I met DH.....so 15 years ago! It's also 3 stone lost since March on Mounjaro and over 4 stone lost since my heaviest last year.

As I'm very close to my goal now and I have another six week's worth of Mounjaro left I think I may stop ordering. I can't afford the price increases anyway. It's a tricky one because I'm not sure how maintenance will go without the jabs but I've stayed on a low dose (5mg). I'll probably leave it a couple of weeks and then review after my holiday.

I am really hoping the huge price increases don't come to pass because it must be awful for people who were hoping to start or have a long way still to go.

I just went to order my next pen. I usually do click & collect with asda but the option isnt there but delivery only. Im away till friday so dont want to risk it coming while im away

I’m back from hols and so impressed with everyone’s progress.
I , too, am a bit uncertain as to what happens next. I am on a 10 mg pen and will have another on the way ( so 6 doses total) . My weight has stalled at 65.2 but I have been away for 3 of the last be 6 weeks and haven’t been particularly careful.
i have detected snacking creeping in a bit and eg 3 glasses of wine instead of 1 or 2 so the impact of the mounjaro has definitely lessened. I can stick with it for a while but haven’t got a firm plan.

i still have a bmi of 27 so need to lose a bit more .
