I'm still here, still taking 3.75mg per week, weight still stable.

Me! I’m still here, currently taking 10mgs reducing gradually and maintaining with 5 stone lost. I’m thinking this is long term for me 😌

Im still jabbing. Reduced to 3.75 this week from 5 after the most horrendous stomach upset after the 5 the other week. Now settled again.

firmly weighing in at 9stone 4 and not moving. Will stay on 5 (ish!) forever more me thinks. Over 5.5 stone lost and feeling fab.

are you planning on staying on it @JunoRoma?

Im well on the forever using it camp @LoopieLoo17 so I get it.

can't believe we're all creeping towards two years on it.
I found my old Xmas do pic from 2024 again. I look like a completely different person.

I'm fine so far but appreciate it's early days! I was absolutely ravenous on my last few of weeks of MJ 🤔 I've actually dropped just below 9st since coming off it 😆

I always raved about berberine but I've actually more recently found inositol absolutely amazing.

Still here. Still maintaining on 3.75. Still enjoying a fab balance of little food noise but having enough appetite to maintain. Still not tempted to switch to the oral tablets.

I'm hoping to stay on a low dose of Mounjaro for as long as I can.

@OrangeDonald that's exactly me. A little food noise. So I actually want blooming double deckers and enjoy them, picking nice foods and have a balanced appetite. I'm well happy with that and will keep going with it.

weekend away coming up! I'm now dating! And have been since Jan. with a guys who's an absolute bear and just awesome. It's so so nice.

I’m here too! Still jabbing 5mg, sometimes 6. Still down 5 stone. Still loving being slim and fit and beautiful! Discovered I like dancing. So glad to hear about everyone doing well!

Hi All - lovely to hear the updates - still here now jabbing 5mg twice a week which I like as 10mg in 1 go made me feel sick

not really losing but not gaining feeling great and happy enough being size 14-16 down from size 24 6 stone gone but I am not decided as to what the plan is going forward as for now just bumbling along (very expensive though!) I have switched to Medicine Market place as they do seem to be the cheapest!

I’m still here, but haven’t posted on here for well over a year. I ended up losing 3.5 stone, which I maintained while still jabbing for a year, but then I came off in June this year, as I was fed up of the nausea and since then I have put on 10lbs. I started wegovy injections and have just gone up to 0.5 so my fifth jab, but I can’t lie, it’s so different to mj, food suppression is not happening yet and I’ve continued to put weight on. So now I am at 1 stone gain. I am perservering as I know eventually it should start to work but it’s disheartening. Anyone else gone from mj to wegovy?

@glittermittens have you considered just going back on the lowest dose of MJ after a break it might well be more effective again - its currently £99 with medicine marketplace?
