Amazing progress.. another whole stone gone 🥳

Haven't tried pilates but I love yoga

I tried really hard to like yoga, but I'm such a fidget! Pilates is constant movement so suits my inability to stay still much better. I wish I was good at yoga!

Depends on the style of yoga. I like strong alignment based like Iyengar, not the soft lying down breathy stuff.

Still wheeling along here at the same weight. Maintenance is really boring but its lovely to be here still the same weight 8 months on. I doubt Ive been this level weight wise ever in my life. Was always yoyoing before.

Its amazing to have just one set of clothes that fit and I've been coining it in on ebay.

Been talking about MJ to friends recently having kept it to myself for a long time. So many are already on it or want to rry it now.

Im still managing to maintain on 3.75. I take 5mg the week my period is due, as thats when the sweet cravings hit.

I think ive been in maintenance for around 6 months now. Weirdly, although the scales are staying the same my body shape seems still be changing slightly. Maybe my saggy skin is tightening up a bit (wishful thinking?), but im noticing that clothes that were fine 4 months ago are now a bit too big or just hang differently

TrinityWaves · 15/05/2026 14:12

Hi gang. I'm still here but not much to report. Maintaining on 2.5mg around BMI 21 (9¼-9½ st). It still feel unreal some days that I'm no longer morbidly obese, people are actually calling me 'skinny' now. 2.5mg doesn't feel like it's really doing very much, although I'm sure it actually is! I have a few months left before trying cold turkey, although I see it's now being prescribed at BMI 25 (OL) so I know there's a back up plan if I fail 😂. The only downside to all this is that I seem to have replaced my food addiction with a Vinted addiction.

Well done to you both! @OrangeDonald and @TrinityWaves your successful maintenance at such a low dose are very inspiring! just getting over a stinking virus here and I was not going to inject today but I did as its just such a habit now. I have a friend who got behind in her ordering through just being very stressed and busy and has put on 2 stone in a couple of months so that has stressed the importance of consistency to me!

That is my big fear and why I keep paying out each month. I never want ro be Obese again.
