Super slow the last couple of weeks, only 0.2kg off. That was following a slow fortnight and a sudden whoosh. My measurements continue to shrink so I’m just going to wait and see.
I’m on 7.5 now, or rather have been taking 3.75 every 4 days for practical reasons around travel. This coming week will get it onto a 4+3 day schedule, so effectively increasing the dose slightly.
Have been less extremely strict about portion sizes and food choices lately, but feel like am now eating in a way that could feel normal and sustainable forever, so am ok with it. Need to gym more over the next couple of weeks.
My BMI is still too high, but my waist is well under half my height and waist to hip ratio is well under 0.85. My scales say my body fat is 33.4% and should be under 32%. I’d like to get and keep my waist under 80cm, as that’s supposed to be a good measure.
I’m keen to get under 80kg, but then it’s a question of finding where health and fitness sit for me.
