I'm slowly trying to move my jab to Friday morning/eve so just taken dose 4 of 2.5mg 12 hours earlier than last week, will take an indigestion pill shortly and hope for the best overnight. Counting this morning as weigh in.
Sw: 116.5kg
Cw: 110.6kg
Loss week 3: 1.1kg or almost 2.5lb
Total loss: 5.9kg or 13lb. Almost a whole stone already.
The lowest recorded weight I have in my phone (2019 onwards) is from 1 year ago where I got down to 105.8kg and was miserable with the diet restrictions so that's my goal currently.
Period started yesterday so I don't know how it will affect next weeks weigh in.
I've ordered my next pen and it's 5mg, loads left in the current pen so I might try getting it out and see if I can get a mid way dose to step up slower to 5mg purely to reduce side effects. I'm going to have to store the new pen in the work fridge for a week anyway, it might as well be there for two.
I've been craving sugar the last 2/3 days (nothing like before mj but noticeable) and weekends are much harder for me with free access to food and shops so I'm gradually moving my dose to Friday to hopefully give me maximum assistance over weekends.
I found it very easy to mindlessly reach for sweets from a stash last night so am having a clear out to stop that. Just the fact that I'm, so far, OK with not having sweets to hand is a major win, I definitely had/have an emotional attachment and need to have safe food available at all times.
Was eating out the last 2 days and still made reasonably good choices and ate less than I would before just by getting full quicker and staying full for a lot longer.
I have a small family gathering in mid April, almost 7 weeks away, so I'm hoping I can maybe get another 6kg off by then if I keep a steady 1kg a week loss. I'm promising myself a new pair of nice jeans and hoodie if I can achieve it.
