I'm hungry this morning for the first time in a week. Jabbed last night. I've found that I get most suppression days 3-5, wasn't like that in the early days but seems to be fairly consistent now.

Please can I ask any early august starters who are on their SECOND 5mg pen, whether they are planning to stick at 5mg for a third month?

Maybe I need to ask on the July starters thread actually

I'm the same.I stuck at 5mg for a second month and max suppression is day 3 - 6

@mm81736 I'm on my 2nd 5mg pen, but I'm only taking 3.75mg doses from it. Will see how I feel when I need to reorder in a week but right now it's quite a nice background suppression with minimal side-effects that's keeping me on approx 2lb loss per week.

I’m the same as @lookathatbookcase I've been doing 3.75 and going to continue that with my second 5mg pen that I’m due to start next week. I quite like that I’m doing ok on 3.75 but have the freedom to increase to 5 if suppression starts waning but I’m doing ok on 3.75 so far.

I've just realised I have a gap between my thighs. Wow 😂😂

I've been on 3.75 for my first pen. Felt slightly hungrier yesterday, so may contemplate a radical 4 tomorrow especially if I don't look likely to lose anything this week. I was on course for a lb loss earlier in the week, but am a lb up today for no good reason. Will see if it shifts itself obligingly by Friday official weight in. For the past couple of days I've been eating a mushroom and spinach soup which is so spinach dense it's like a black hole, so all that iron is unlikely to facilitate a pre-weigh in poo!

@mm81736 I think there are a few still on 5

Know there are maybe 5/6 of us including me who went to 7.5

But some find 5 is ok and lose weight or struggle with higher dose and have 3/4

@weaseleyes I'm not a lover of mushrooms so to me that sounds 🤮🤮😂😂

But I am sipping chicken cuppa soup so I do love a soup

To be honest @Blondeshavemorefun it did resemble something you might find in a cauldron, so at least appropriate for Halloween! Tasted good, though (a mushroom lover speaks).

hi everyone! I have lots to catch up on in the last thread, just realised it’s almost full!

Checking in...on my 6th week now and have hit the one stone lost mark! I have another 18lb to go before I will get to a BMI of 25.

Weight loss is slowing slightly - I was losing 2.5lb a week at first, now it's 2lb. I'm prepared for that to get a bit slower for the second half of it. I'm in the annoying middle bit of weight loss now where I'm looking slimmer and noticing the difference, clothes are looking baggy, but I don't feel like buying new clothes is a good investment yet.

I'm wondering whether to go up to 5mg as I stayed on 2.5mg for my second month and it still works, but not quite as powerfully as it did in the beginning. I never know though because I do go to the gym and the hungrier days are usually the ones after I've done a hard workout - I don't want to not fuel myself properly either.

@CrazyGoatLady 2.5 is a starter dose to get body used to it

Many do same price for 2.5 and 5

I would go up to 5

@Blondeshavemorefun i have some of those too, you can dissolve the tablet in a glass of water 😊
