I haven't weighed myself properly for a few days as I started my period on Monday so it seemed pointless but had a cheeky weigh in before showering and I'm down to 13.10! Will take that with a pinch of salt though as it was later in the day rather than my normal morning time.
Started my 7.5mg pen yesterday, all seems fine, don't feel as tired and headachey like I normally do after jab day.
We had a Chinese takeaway last night and I had some plain chow mein and beef and black bean sauce, 1 prawn cracker. I felt fine after but it did feel strange to not have my big pile of food, I used a small plate and had a very small amount as I didn't want to be ill but all was fine!
Had to remind myself to eat today at around 1.30pm, just haven't felt hungry at all.
Life is starting to become hectic so I'm hopefully going to be getting more time to myself so exercising is definitely at the top of my agenda as I'd really like to start toning up now.
My belly is so much flatter, far less bloated and pregnant looking, I can see my feet again, my belly doesn't stick out past my boobs, my size 18 jeans are loose!
