Mounjaro August Starters 6

Old thread nearly full so thought would do new one

We are a chatty but supportive bunch

My Mounjaro journey came to an end in October due to what I would call quite serious side effects but thought I would let you know how I am doing....

I have maintained my weight without really trying! I have ate probably more than I should have especially over birthday and Christmas period. I am going to focus again on the diet after Christmas and be more strict. I am really surprised.

I did learn good habits and will begin meal prep and calorie counting again in the New Year. Still getting in the 10000 steps and 3 ltrs of water a day min.

Still have 8kg to go to my original goal weight. Thanks to Mounjaro I shed the first 10kg and will be forever grateful for that. I think the Mounjaro may have altered my metabolism maybe? I still don't get really hungry, I still feel food going through my digestive system slowly

@CheekySwan sorry to hear you had bad side effects and hope that's behind you know. Huge congratulations on maintaining with such aplomb. It's really inspiring!. Jump on thread 10 if you fancy it. We're cheering on maintainers as well as all of us in the thick of it with MJ.
