I have an old cookbook with cannelini bean (w Tabasco, garlic, lemon) and broad bean (W cumin, garlic,mint) hummus recipes that are fab, much prefer either to any chickpea concoction
Today:
B. Muesli, strawberries, walnuts, alpro Greek yoghurt
L. Leftover chickpea potato frittata, sautéed onion, yellow pepper, courgette, tomatoes
Sn. Apple, pear, Pom bear
D. Homemade takeaway style curry with Linda shreds & mushrooms, rice, mini magnum (Morrisons)
