I think the 'massive internal security operation' was phoning the private security team and telling them they needed to change their flights.

No - it comes after talking about him not getting Home Office security, so I think it's referring to the Sussex 'internal security operation'.

In other words, they didn't get what they asked for, so had to change their minds and fly to the Midlands instead of London.

My MP's office is like a fortress now. You can't just walk in any more to the waiting room area like in the old days. Even with an appointment (and I actually know the MP quite well), you have to wait on the pavement to be approved and let through by the staff, who monitor you outside and inside on CCTV and in person at all times.

Local councillors I know are also being advised to beef up their security arrangements at home - eg to seal up letter boxes and have wall-mounted post boxes outside, so that fire accelerants like petrol can't be poured through into their homes. It's absolutely horrible.

I know that teachers, GPs, university lecturers and nurses have been threatened. And, of couse, judges.

And still Prince Harry whines and weeps.

None, in reality, but partway through the Sussexes' frenzied briefing about needing more security from the Home Office, the story changed from it 'not being safe for the family to come to the UK' to it 'not being safe for the family to come to London'.

What's odd is, he never had this level of security when he was a working royal, pre Meghan. Why does he think he needs it now ? As an ex working royal?

So basically ‘someone’ is leaking details of what happened in this private family meeting. They don’t learn do they? Or maybe someone doesn’t actually want a reconciliation??

The constant leaking is a goal for KC. Next visit, sorry, due to leaking the last time, we are not doing another one

It goes to show how little they actually have going on in their lives. A busy, functional person who values their peace does not behave this way

Plus I don't think Charles wants to be estranged. Plenty of us have relatives who make our eyes roll, we put up with them.

Exactly. They clearly have very empty lives if they are so obsessed with an hour long meeting that happened last week.

Re the security "massive internal operation" I, personally , think this is H trying to save face.
He knows neither Ravec nor BP would make any comment on security matters so he is free to spout whatever he likes. As the saying goes "A lie is half way round the world before the truth has got its shoes on". The problem is Ravec and BP are leaving their shoes firmly in the shoe rack / boot room and sitting there with their feet up , so he won't be challenged. I don't think he or M realise the more leaks , the less credible the leaks are , it just doesn't work in their favour, the opposite ( with the exception of People magazine readers or dedicated fans) .

Time will tell and actually the RF as an institution , ie the Monarchy , will most probably be the ones with time on their side. I've said this before but to paraphrase :The wheels of the RF grind slowly , but they grind exceedingly small
