@Batwinged The 'leak' occurred during finals weekend at Wimbledon - i.e. to clash with a known engagement for the Princess of Wales, the patron of the AELTC.

Oh yes, they are in the process of taking over that continent. But the governments can only sell them what is legally owned. I can see a law being deployed to take into state ownership land that was once privately owned or tribally owned, but used in war as a mine field. Keep it out of bounds and "unclaimed" for a sufficient period of time, and it automatically reverts back to the state. How many years does it take to clear mines using modern, non human methods like drones?

If this article is more than idle gossip, the timing of H's desire for reconciliation may be driven by them running out of funds. I agree. I don’t think anything of consequence will have been discussed. If the Sussexes “team” asked to meet up, it was probably in the Palace’s interest to find out what they wanted. I’m sure they weren’t expecting a short, private meeting to be papped and appear in all the papers. I would expect this would tell them all they need to know about the Sussexes intentions 🤨

This article is interesting and whilst I can say the Nairobi-Mombasa-Nairobi rail journey is fabulous, I use it instead of flying between the two cities, I suspect there isn’t much of an advantage to the march of China through Africa.

In fact A listers like Julia Roberts and Matthew McConnaughey stand up and clap when she arrives. M must be green with envy.

Harry has no idea how the real world works. Normal people learn about bills and finances as they grow up, I expect he's never had to pay a bill or sort out a phone contract or arrange a mortgage before.
He's never had to repay anything and probably doesn't think it's a problem if he doesn't pay TP just because of who he is.

I wonder where the pictures were taken? From an apartment across from the balcony, a shop doorway, a parked car? It would be interesting to know just how covert the photographer was, or wasn’t.

Regarding the Tyler Perry thing - I thought I saw papers on another thread here (this is the only place I keep up with them) that showed they owned the house. But I could be mistaken, and if I am, just how does a multi millionaire Prince get to the stage in life where he’s in hock to an even wealthier person?

Thank you for the TP article @IdaGlossop . I suppose we need to take it with a hefty dose of salt. I've never really understood what was in all this for TP. From the beginning it seemed like such an odd move on his part to offer complete strangers his home, let alone a British prince. I did wonder if Oprah persuaded him to help, as I just can't see him doing it of his own volition. Making him godparent, and his accepting, also seemed really strange.

My quick investigation agrees it was Australia . Apparently Meghan complained that they were only given part of the Governor’s (?) home . Also she allegedly threw a cup of tea over someone.

It was a very out of the way location though! To get to where they met you walk down a narrow no-exit lane in St James, and then into a gated yard at the end of the lane. Then they were photographed having coffee at the back of the building, from the pathway that goes through Green Park. There are hedges and fences all the way down those back gardens that back onto Green Park (you can see this on Google street maps)
Clearly the photographer knew exactly they would be. There is no way a random photographer hangs out on a no thoroughfare lane on the off-chance someone of interest wanders down it, and then runs all the way round to Green Park and finds a gap in the foliage on the off-chance they walk through the building and sit out the back.

I have a relative in Atlanta. She told me a few years ago that TP has been very generous to Atlanta. He also intervened so that some elderly people didn't lose their homes in newly gentrified Atlanta. She agreed that he is no saint but says he has done some very altruistic acts, quietly, with no expectations of repayment.

@CoffeeCantata I think H should open a legal cannabis dispensary. He's apparently very charming ( according to his ex-staffers). He'd be a great salesman.
