I do think that Harry is susceptible to confirmation bias, he (and others) convinced himself that negative press was fuelled by the royal family but now finds himself with much worse press on two continents except the ones he has exclusives with. PH focus for years now has been all about airing past grievances, making unnecessary and unfounded accusations, slaying dragons and ensuring he paints himself as the victim each and every time. All consuming and all so negative.

It's interesting that Harry looks to external factors as the root of pressure on his mental health. From what we can see, his and Meghan's decisions are hardly conducive to good mental health - constant court cases, willing interaction with the media, insistence on a lifestyle that demands big money to maintain.
