Ok i see you have. Maybe its because despite Andrew being a horrible person he’s not putting himself out there on SM so not much new to feed on.

I find this whole subject really baffling.

People get up in arms and clutching pearls at two people who have simply had boundaries and decided to take control of their own lives but turn a blind eye to a sexual predator.

You truly think people are unkind about MM because she's black? Which she clearly isn't but there we are. People are unkind in the main because she courts controversy.

They are two separate subjects though.

How do you know there is no crossover and some people have criticised both, unless you’re keeping a spreadsheet of every comment and forum/user?

H&M put themselves out there daily so obviously there is going to be more feedback, opinions etc. Do you think if they’d just disappeared for a quiet life after leaving the UK they’d be garnering this much attention?

Also, some want to frustrate Harry so that he comes back to England ( leaving behind his mixed race American wife and their two children) so that he can do the donkey work that William is too bloody lazy to do .

People can't possibly dislike someone or their actions because of their behaviour; no, it must just be colour as their actions and words are of secondary importance to their skin

I also think he’s not divisive, in the sense that he doesn’t divide opinion. He’s universally disliked. So someone could start a thread saying “AIBU to think Prince Andrew is awful” and it would just be a consensus.

Disagreement (like with Harry and Meghan) will always get most posts.

There's not a lot to say about him! We all know what he's done. No-one supports him. No-ones really trying to spin him as anything he's not. He's not on social media everyday trying to make people think he's a saint! (He tried an interview once and that didn't go too well!! We most certainly did all talk about that at the time!) There's nothing much more to say about him really! What should we be saying?

Harry and megs are much more entertaining and constantly putting themselves in front of cameras and in the headlines! Netflix shows, books, interviews, Instagram, etc...

When people are on your screen and popping up on social media everyday, it keeps them relevant and keeps people talking about them! And there's a lot to say!

Meghan is a constant source of hilarity! Her daily attempts to try and spin herself as some kind of friendly, giving, loving saint are vomit inducing!!! I love all the parody's of her!!! Especially Vanessa!! The sheer lack of awareness (which Andrew also has but it's not thrust in our face every day!!) is hilarious!!!

Aww.. I do wonder sometimes if either harry or megs will ever see the light and look back on things and think 'what the hell was I thinking?!' I think of the two of them, Harry is more likely to regret his current actions in the future, than megs. But who knows!

Or slating other members of the family for very minor transgressions, yet doing far worse. In all honesty, I had some sympathy until they started with all that nonsense then I thought a) they're really not up to a public life

There is always dissent on the odd occasion that Andrew appears in public, including on MN. That's not turning a blind eye. Harry and Meghan said they had boundaries and were taking control of their own lives but have wrecked havoc on their families and charities. The harm Andrew has done is greater but the courtiers and his family have been successful in shutting him up. Harry and Meghan, outside The Firm, can do whatever they like. What they like is making a lot of noise.

This is the joy of freedom is speech. You are equally able to comment on other threads about them.
